I have been a customer of this location for years. Today when I arrived for my appointment there was a sign in the door staying that this location would be closing Oct 2 I was on time for my appointment In the past I have always been seated by the first available stylist. Not today! As I waited the stylist at the register was more concerned about her phone then me. When another customer came in and was seated instantly.( they did appear to know each other) however the other stylist seamed to be having a very bad day or customer but she could not get his hair cut the way he liked. I figured it was better to leave then get a bad haircut. When I looked back at my confirmation e-mail I was dismayed to see my appointment was with the stylist that was on her phone. She said she would be going to the University Ave location that is the closest one to me I wont be going their.One last note I normally tip 100% To Insure Prompt Service. I am very disappointed in Craigs cuts

Kim is the best stylist for men’s low fade cuts! Have girls even bros that compliment my clean cut all the time. Very reliable, never have to be afraid of a bad haircut again!

I go here on a regular basis. They are friendly and do a good job. My hair is short, so probably not a complicated cut. I call and make an appointment. With COVID protocols, they recently rescinded wearing a mask. The prices are appropriate for the service.

Ash and Aubrey cut my children’s hair today and did a great job.If you come on a Tuesday expect a long wait because the price is only $9.99.Every other day it’s $12 which is still a great deal. And it’s best if you make an appointment because you never know how long you’ll have to wait.The best part of coming here is that you get a free water bottle and a lollipop on your way—ohhhh and a scalp massage and a warm cloth.We are return customers and have been coming for years-

It WAS a great place where you knew it was going to be a great service but suddenly it’s totally the opposite now, TERRIBLE service, my son leave the place crying for the ugly his hair cut was, I had to cut it again once I arrived home, even when I don’t have any experience I did a better job than that woman, also she refused to used face mask and I realize she was not wearing it when she was already cutting my son hairs, I should have read the reviews before to enter to that place!

I cant express how fantastic the stylists are. I worked here for 2 years and would trust each and every girl working at this location to do my hair. The prices are the lowest youll find in town, and youll get a $25 haircut for only $12. They have a sale day every Tuesday, so you get an amazing cut for only $9.99. They take walk ins, but make sure if you go on a Tuesday to make an appointment in advance because they do get very busy.

They do a great job here, and the stylists are friendly. They got my 3 sons done pretty quickly, and they look great!

Ive gone here often to get my haircut. The service has always been very enjoyable and friendly. The place is very clean and modern. The prices are very good considering the alternatives closer to where I live.Sometimes it gets busy with long wait times but its hit or miss.

They were very rude not even accepting me as a walk-in customer, even though there were not any people waiting or even getting their haircut! I immediately left, and will have a very hard time wanting to come back again! Very frustrating!

Lets do a little update here. My first experience here was in April 2020 and was fantastic, thanks to Ashley. Fast forward to July 10, 2020. I have never ever felt like my business was not wanted or appreciated as on this day. You know as an OTR driver decent service is so hard to find and especially with all the entitled people roaming around. And this is what made me feel this way. These 2 girls may not realize the mask may cover your mouth, but not your eyes. So sorry Ashley, you did a great job, but I could never reccomend this place after today.

This is a fantastic place to get a hair cut. All of the stylists are super kind and helpful. They give you a hot towel after your cut, which feels so good. The prices are very reasonable as well. Tuesday is their discount day in case you have lots of kids and are looking to save some green. They take walk ins but I would make an appointment for a Tuesday because they can get busy. They have a fridge full of water bottles so youll never get dehydrated. The waiting area is nice and clean with magazines to read. I would definitely go back again!

This place is fantastic and has great value for the money! A great cut every time, plus an indulging scalp massage and hot towel.Went again, the haircut is great, but the service on Saturday morning is not quite as good as other days. No scalp massage or hot towel offered and a really rushed job.

We went in today to get my Sons hair cut. We tried to make an appointment online, but they were all shut off for the day. There were two men getting cuts and one in the lobby. The two men left, one more came in and they took the one from the lobby and the one that walked in back for cuts. Another man walked in and they told him it would be a 30-minute wait and they took his name. When I asked when we would be taken back, the stylist tells me that everyone was ahead of us. I explained to her that we had been there for over 30 minutes and had been there since the two previous men were in the chair. She then tells me that she never saw us and says, well, what do you want me to do? Being acknowledged when we walk in the door would be a great start and actually taking us in a timely manner after we get there would also be nice. She was so rude that we ended up leaving. We have been going to Craigs Cuts (American Fork) for years and they have always been friendly. I am very disappointed in the service (or non-service) at this location. I would give this shop a zero if I could.

The staff is so sweet and patient with the whole process. I’m someone who is very picky when it comes to haircuts so the fact that I left happy with what they did there, that says something! Best Craig’s Cuts in Utah County!

I love this place! Every two weeks you’ll find me here getting a great haircut for a really low price. Although Ashely is my stylist and has my haircut down perfect, I think I’ve had my haircut from everyone there at one time or another and every single time I leave enjoyed the cut that I got. Keep in mind too that I have always requested a 0 fade, and they have done as good as if not a better job than other barbers I have had to pay $40+ for.

I used to come here all the time but it was incredibly understaffed. I found it a waste to come and sit while people on an online list were served first. No joke some Saturdays they only had 1 stylist working.

Very pleased with our experience. They were very accommodating, fitting my husband in last minute, and did a great job on the cut. The massage must have been good too, because he said he almost fell asleep a couple times. ;)

The stylists here were so kind and accommodating. My husband and I both went to get haircuts, and we brought along our baby who, of course, started gettin really fussy. They were so patient with her and gave her things to play with until we were finished. I get a lob (long bob) that turned out really cute, and they did a great job with my hubby’s hair too. I took my son in without an appointment. They were able to get us in quickly. I was pleased with the service and with my sons haircut.

I tried to call several times to make an appointment over the phone, but no one ever answered. So I sent a message over Facebook asking if the phone doesnt work. You can see the message was looked at, but no one ever responded. Then I figured out how to make an appointment online but when I came in for the appointment, they didnt have it in their system. So I showed them my appointment in my phone. They fit me in, but still we didnt get in for about 30 min after we got there. Then during the hair cut, I asked that only an inch be taken off my sons hair. A lot more than an inch was taken off, which made his cowlick stand straight up. Then I when I talked to her about it, she said, oh we can make a note in the system for next time. So what is the difference between a note in the system and me telling her what I want? My other sons hair came out great.Over all it wasnt the best experience for us.

After cutting my husbands hair for 15 years, we gave someone else a try! Craigs Cuts was affordable and fast! Will go there again!

She cuts my hair and my other 3 childrens hair.This place doesnt style, no blow dryers, no dye jobs. It is perfect for a simple cut without the frills. They do give you a hit towel to wipe it with and a massage.

Haircuts are good. If you go on one of their discount days make sure to setup an appointment. It is really easy to do on their website.

The girl who cut my husbands hair was SO nice, but she didn’t do an awesome job. Sideburns were uneven and he just wasn’t thrilled with the cut. We walked in and didn’t have to wait though, so that was awesome!

I really like this place and I’m usually really happy when I leave here. I would be giving it 5 stars if not for the fact that the quality of the haircut is kind of a game of Russian Roulette it’s almost always really good and exactly what I wanted, but there’s been once or twice where I really hated it. This last time I went, I asked for a fade from size 1 to 2 on the sides, and the girl did a few centimeters of size 1, then a few centimeters of size 2 up to the middle of my ear, and then blended everything to a size 6+ from the top of my ear and up. It was a disaster and I went to a beauty school to have it fixed. It just seems like some of the ladies love cutting hair, and others are less than thrilled with it. Overall though, it’s definitely worth the slight risk!

I have difficult hair to cut, so its always great when i can find someome to cut it well at a good price.

I cant remember the ladys name who cut my hair, but she did a good job. She took time to figure out what I wanted and kept me awake with rambling small talk the entire time. Pretty cheap at 10 or 12 bucks. I recommend making an appointment to reduce your wait time.

Not incredibly thrilled. Went in for a cut today, and my stylist didnt seem super practiced in what she does or very confident (kept asking questions about how to do this or that). Just straightened my hair, and one side is about 1/4 longer than the other...

Craig needs to pull his head out and leave room for walk ins. I waited hours and still did not get my hair cut because of so many appointments.
