Truly made my week! My husband lived in springville and took his cars here always. Today, we were visiting family and I got a flat tire on the overpass. I called my husband and he told me to just make it to these guys before it went flat. I did, and Steve immediately got my car in, took the tire off, and saw that he could not repair it. He put one of their own tires (used but still plenty of tread on it) on for me, loaded the busted tire into the back of my car, gave me some tips on being able to hopefully get a warranty replacement through the company we had purchased from— all within about twenty minutes. I asked him how much I owed, and he smiled and said, “nothing, just have a safe and good week.” He seriously made my day, and made it so we could resume our trip. Truly awesome, service minded shop. This review is overdue by 14 years.1st of all....they are fair, they can tackle about anything, and even when I was there the last time, 2 girls in front of me told them theyd never go anywhere else, which is exactly how I have felt for years. Matter of fact....I drive 45 minutes just to get to them.Years ago I took my vehicle to U-haul because my hitch looked low, and U-haul said it was fine. I felt wrong about it, so I took it to them. Brent, asked me to come see. The bolts had broken through my frame which would have dumped my trailer completely. He saved me from potentially killing someone.Recently I had a leaf spring break. Every shop said it would be $500 for a single side of leaf springs, and another $500 labor. Brent said, no...I would change just the one broken leaf, other wise one side would be higher than the other. That is what I mean by fair and honest. Also why I wont go anywhere else.Last week I had an valve on a tire leak air on the way out of town. I called every tire shop from discount to Les schwab, and they all acted as if they didnt have the ability to fix it, or it would be days. Called Steve from Premier. He said come by....and it took him 1 minute flat to unscrew a stem and replace it. They dont gouge you or waste time.Everything I have ever done has been less expensive to fix, and done right. Im betting youll have this same experience. Id tell you this face to face if I could. This is the right place.

We have taken our cars here for over 13 years. We recently moved and tried a few other places close to us but we have decided to go back to Premier even if we have to drive a littler further. We feel like they are honest and that we can trust them. They are always friendly and do a good job. Their prices are better than most as well.

I absolutely love this place!! I took in my car in one day and got it fixed and back to me within 24 hours! Ive been using Brent and his guys for almost 10 years now. I have had them do everything from oil changes and tires to rebuilding motors and transmissions and they have always done a fantastic job for me. I have fleet of work trucks and Premier is the only place ill bring my vehicles to be fixed. They do a great job for a great price, are very professional and friendly!

I really like taking our vehicles to premier. They are always respectful and clearly love what they do. I really like that they have a Subaru expert on staff, which is what we drive.

Came in to replace my transmission fluid & they let me know of a major issue with my rear brakes. Will be headed back as soon as i can afford to get that problem fixed.

Ill be honest: I was hesitant going here. Small town mechanic shop, I was nervous. However, the man at the counter was very very kind, did a same day job for me that was something I had screwed up, and he barely charged me for it.Absolutely going back to get my transmission serviced this weekend.

I was in need of help desperately in order to get a nail out of my tire and get a plug in my tire. The problem was how to get my car to get this done. I called Premiere car care on main street in Springville, spoke with the owner Brett. He was extremely helpful, helped me to get air in my tire so that i could drive my car to his shop, and put a plug in my tire for practically pennies!!! I can now drive to work on my own with no more worries!!! Extremely friendly, extremely affordable and quality service! I recommend everyone to experience this superior service at Premier car care!!

I bought my tires at Premier auto, Great service when I got my tires on, when I went to get them rotated the other day it took them 2 1/2 hours there was one car ahead of me getting new tires on said I was next in line waited 2 1/2 hours I think I’ll pay to get them rotated next time !!

The owner is very personable and was very nice to check the air pressure in my tires when the warning light came on. The light stays on if you overfill the tires and that is what my problem was. He was very happy to fix the problem and did not charge me for fixing it. Thank you Steve!

Ive gone to them a few times and theyre very helpful, friendly and fair. This last time I had 4 tires dismounted, mounted and balanced and it ended up being right around $90. I called Les Schwab after just curious on price comparison, and they wanted about $135 for the same work, so I was pretty happy.

Always very willing to help me out. Been there many times and they are truly the place I trust with my car. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Brent is amazing! Our truck broke down at closing time on the Sat before we were leaving for youth conference with 20 teenagers. We were leaving at 7:30am Monday.He saved me by fixing our truck working after hours so I could tow the boat to Lake Powell.We’ve had too many bad experiences with mechanics you can’t trust and Brent is honest and does a good job.

Ive been going to Premiere for more than 10 years, and my recent experiences caused me to write this review. Brent and Steve are the two owners. Brent (the big guy) is honest and will make sure the job is done well at a fair price. Steve (the little silver-hair weasel) will overcharge you and do things you dont need, and youll feel like you need a shower. If you see Steve, just leave. Go back when hes not there, or just ignore Steve and find Brent out in the shop, then you will be happy with the job done. Its a real shame, because Brent is trying to run a real business there, and Steve is trying to run it into the ground.

Love this place! Ive taken my car other places and been unsatisfied with the lack of honesty and bottom line on repairs. These guys are great they tell me what I actually need, what I can hold off on and they try to find good deals for me.

I have a 2002 subaru wrx. It has a after market exhaust but still has a catalytic converter. I went in and waited about 15-20 minutes, after that i was told because my car is a subaru I removed the catalytic converter and the o2 sensor. I belive they didnt even check under the car. They still charged me and told me to fix the problem. After that I went to another place just down the road, He checked under the car and passed me off when i was standing right there. Not in some waiting room. I do not recommend Premier as a good place for emissions if you have a modified looking carThanks for keeping my $30 Premier, hope you needed more then i do.

Do NOT take your vehicle to these THIEVES!!!! I took my car into their shop to fix my battery cables but they just tightened a few things, called it good and charged me $70.00 This morning I woke up to a car that would not start. I called in and talked to STEVE who was rude and said there was nothing he could do. He was nice the other day when I gave him my money. He has NO INTEGRITY and should not call himself a mechanic. PATHETIC how businesses treat their customers now days!!

I was quoted about $20.00 to simply replace a headlamp bulb, but the uncomplicated replacement cost me $67.23. It was harder than we thought. Well.Follow-up: 9 months later, the other headlight died. Took it to another shop... they charged me the fair price of $26.00.

My daughters car wouldnt start so I took it to Premier Car Care. I told them to do whatever it took to ensure we wouldnt have problems in the future. I included performing a tune up, etc.They called me as soon as they found the problem; a bad alternator. They told me I didnt need a tune-up, etc. I actually argued a little to ensure my daughter wouldnt be having problems in the future. They assured me all was well.I hate trying to find a new mechanic to work on my cars as I assume they will always recommend more work than needs performed. In this case these folks far surpassed my expectations in honesty and making me feel comfortable with their work.I have found a new mechanic in Premier and will definitely use them again. Nice going guys!

I walked in and waa ignored, and since it was just the worker and the one customer he was talking to, one would think he could of acknowledged me. I walked out, drove across the street and was taken care of right away.

I have used this company for over 10 years. Totally reliable, practical, and I have full confidence they will NEVER over charge me for work that does not need to be done. They have been able to solve things that other car companies could not - and at a fraction of the price. They are always my first choice for work on my car.

Premier Car Care Center has taken advantage of my sister for the last time. We loved having a local shop so close to home, but when they misdiagnose, over charge and dont own up to their mistakes, its time to find a new mechanic. Taking care of your customers should be your top priority and test driving the vehicle after a repair is performed should be a no brainer as well. After overpaying for a repair, she made it a block down the road before the car stopped running with the exact same symptoms. Premier claimed it was another part that was going to be extremely expensive and that they wouldnt refund her for the previously replaced wrong part either. Way to take advantage of single women who trusted your advice and experience to keep them safe on the road.

Been there once and thats all I need. After receiving an alignment, brake flush, differential oil change, and power steering hose replacement, I walked out with a grand total of $800! Steve was incredibly rude and angry for all 3 visits I made to the store before getting my truck back (Brents a good guy). After just a couple days, I realize they forgot to install a brake caliper bolt. I only noticed the issue when my passenger brakes locked up on the freeway, nearly causing me to drive into the barrier. Thankful to be alive. My friends have a few Premier car care horror stories as well

I never write poor reviews but i felt compelled because I hope I can prevent someone else from being screwed. A family members car died within a block or so of Premier auto, so we didnt have many choices. They replaced a part and charged over $300 to fix. The car then died again literally a block away. Took it back in and they said oh its actually the fuel pump and said it would be nearly $800 to fix. We decided to try another certified subaru repair shop and they informed us that the fuel pump was perfectly fine! And that the part they replaced definitely wasnt the issue. So not only did my sister waste $300 on the first repair, but they almost got another $800 out of her for something that wasnt even the problem. When we informed them of this they made no attempt to make it right.

I gave them a call to ask about pricing for a timing belt change and while I was trying to answer his questions he kept cutting me off and raising his voice. After he told me a price I asked him if that was the flat price and he kept adding different expenses and in the end it was a couple $100 more than he originally had said. Im not even going to go in, horrible customer service.

Had my cars alignment done here, prices were alright, waiting time was horrible 2+ hours. Not going there again unless I absolutely have to. Car didnt feel any different after having the alignment serviced.
