Great customer service. I was recommended by a tire shop. They were super great to work with, I lost something outside their shop and they were super nice to go track it down for me. I will definitely come here again for my alignment needs. The only down side was that it did take awhile to get an appointment but I think that just speaks to the fact that they do great work.

Very pleased with Sids. I arrived for the appointment, they asked me about my truck, if there was anything they should be aware of (aftermarket parts, odd steering behavior, concerns, etc) and they listened to what I had to say. They got the job done a little quicker than they estimated, told me about a rattle they heard (Id heard it too and they confirmed its what I thought), and told me everything else was in great shape. Driving my truck afterwards the steering was light and straight, the steering wheel was actually centered, and the twitchy feel was gone.

Had coilovers put on my car and was recommended to go to Sids, was not disappointed. If you have a custom suspension setup, or stock, you cant go wrong with Sids.

Sids is awesome. Took my tacoma here today after having two other places do an alignment, they would tell me that they couldnt figure it out or one place told me my rear axle was bent, another that my tires were messed up, spent WAY too much time and money at other places. Literally showed up to Sids and he had it driving straight after 15 minutes. I will never go anywhere else! He knows his stuff. Even took time to talk with me about the truck and answer all my questions. Finally someone who know exactly what theyre doing. Ill recommend him to everyone.

Anthony helped me and was very helpful. I came in because my truck was shaking and after looking at it he told me i need a new tire instead of alignment. So he fixed my problem and didnt charge me. Well worth the time to go here. I felt like they were honest and great to work with. I will continue to go here.

This place is great, I would highly recommend them! I have a restored/modified 79 Ford F-350 so I didn’t want to take it to just any tire retailer for an alignment. Most would probably just turn it away anyway. In asking around a lot of people recommended Sids Alignment so I gave them a shot. The customer service was great and the price was better than expected. As far as I can tell they did an awesome job! I’ll definitely be going there from now on.

Guy seems nice but also seems rushed or stressed idk, i took my jeep in for an alignment and it used to pull to the left. after getting my alignment done here it now pulls even harder to the right 🤔 weird. But anyways Sids alignment is the only place that was able to get me in pretty quickly and for a fair price.

Alignment service second to none! We rolled our Jeep JKU and after replacing several parts we finally got to the point of getting an alignment to make sure it would be safe and reliable again on the road. I went to Big O tires in Provo to get it done and the manager there at Big O literally told me, Sorry, we dont have the right tools to get this one nut off to adjust the toe- we tried with a pipe wrench but no luck. Take your jeep over to Sids and theyll get it done right no doubt about it. And I was like okay dang well I guess Ill take their referral and head over. Well man let me tell ya- Anthony got our Jeep driving even better than before we rolled it! Its amazing really. His work ethic and personality are something Ive never come across in the auto industry. He went out of his way to help us so we could make it to a family trip to Flaming Gorge with the Jeep and his fairness in pricing was honestly a complete shock. Ive spent a lot of time around auto shops and have never come across honesty like that. He has a customer for life!

He said he didnt have appointments open until Tuesday (it was Thursday) but we were welcome to drop it by uncase he got to it. By Friday morning we had our car back and aligned! Quick and affordable

I have an older Rav 4 that the dealer said the rear alignment could not be fixed without replacing all back end parts I looked for a alignment specialist and found great reviews for Sids. I spoke with Anthony and made an appointment. He was able to take a bent and rusted mess, left by the dealership, and get aligned. He did so while I waited and charged me a more than fair price for quality work. I saved $100s from what the dealership wanted. Alignments is all Anthony does, he does it well and is a great honest guy. If you need his services, he is the guy to go to. He only works by appointment and is busy, but worth the wait and drive to Springville!

I highly recommend this place. I had a vehicle that needed an alignment. I made an appointment in advance. The guy did a fantastic job. I waited in the waiting room while he was fixing my vehicle. At about the half way mark a lady come in and the guy who was helping me said to her, “Hey there is nothing wrong you don’t need that fixed, you just need new tires.” She said, “let me pay you for some of your time.” He said, “there is nothing wrong-you don’t need to pay me.” This place is very honest. I was in and out fairly quickly, got my questions answered, and they explained everything very clearly in a way that was easy for me to understand. Someone recommended Sids to me as a far more affordable option for wheel alignments.Where other chain shops were trying to charge me $180-$200, Sids only charged me $75 for a full alignment on my van.Not only was he affordable. The service he gives his customers is great.I had an appointment, and he took care of me right on time, and finished right in the estimated time frame.It was a very positive experience. Definitely worth driving down from Saratoga Springs.

Great people. Totally honest. I was told by Big O that I needed $530 of repairs. My mechanic told me to take the car to Sids Alignment, which I did. They inspected it and drove it and told me that I didnt need any repairs, not even an alignment. They said to bring it back in about 12,000 miles. No charge!

I make aligment appointment and I drop my car and they called a few hours later and tells me my car was ready so I pay them and I get in my car than my car feel the same way so I get like they didnt tell me anything about anything broken that everything is good

Best alignment shop in Utah county! From trucks, cars, trailers, atvs been using them my whole life.

I love Sid’s Alignment. I first went to Midas in Orem to fix what I thought was an alignment issue. They told me my gear box was out and it would cost $1500 to fix. When I asked him to itemize the bill he flat out refused to tell me how much he charges for parts and labor separately. Not wanting to spend $1500 w/out doing more research, we found our truck doesn’t have any of the symptoms a car usually has if its gear box is bad. So we took it to Sid’s which obviously specializes in alignment and steering. They said the power steering looked fine and that the problem is that the tires (which are getting old and need to be replaced soon anyway) are defective and simply need to be rotated so the defect will be less noticeable until I replace them altogether. Discount Tires rotated my tires for free, and that solved the problem! The guys there were very friendly and helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. As I waited, I overheard them talking w/other customers where they offered much more information and transparency than I got from Midas. While Im sure bad mechanics will inevitably get business as well, I took it as a good sign that when I was there Sids was very busy and didnt have an open appointment to take on additional business for a whole week. To me it seems like theyre a company that cares to take the necessary time to do the job well. Thank you, Sid’s!

5 stars for their honesty. I recently had a pull issue with my car and they helped me figure it out without even taking the car in. I was talking to the gentlemen (unfortunately I dont remember his name) and he was helpful and strait forward what what they could do and couldnt do for me. It ended up just being a bad tire and didnt need to go in for a alignment. I will for sure take my cars into them for any future alignment needs.

I have a 1964 Chevrolet Corvair. It is hard to find parts and more importantly, people who can work on this car. I took the car to Sids to have an alignment. What a great idea. I have been to Sids several times. Each time I have been impressed with their professionalism and quality of service. Today I took my Grand Cherokee in because it was occasionally exhibiting the infamous death wobble at freeway speed. They got my car right in the bay as soon as I arrived and within 5-10 minutes found a defective steering stabilizer that had been put on the car recently. They did not charge me for this diagnosis though I would have happily paid. Thank you Sids Alignment. I have in the past and will continue to recommend you whenever someone needs an alignment or front end work. Outstanding.

Saw these guys for an alignment on my Trailer. (not many shops will do a trailer alignment) Once I was there they looked at my trailer and diagnosed my problem as something other than an alignment and told me that my alignment was fine. Took my car in for an alignment and within 5 minutes they had diagnosed the problem as a bad tire and not the alignment. Didnt charge me a dime. They were so honest and really knew what they were doing. I will 100% be using their services again.

Took my motorhome to a local tire dealer and was told I needed lower ball joints and both bell cranks. Quoted me a fair price but would not install parts I purchased my self. Suggested I try Syds. Took it to Syds and was pleasantly surprised with the friendly response. They did the work I needed and was able to adjust the bell cranks instead of replacing them, thereby saving me a lot of money. They could have done work I did not need but were honest with me. Thanks! Will be returning.

Called and received no help for a boat axle trailer alignment, no help, no suggestions for help, poor poor customer service dont waste your time. The guy didnt even know how a torsion axle worked, but I just think he didnt want to even think about it. Guess Ill try Williamson oceanic in draper.

I own Kens Master auto Care in Salem and only THE BEST will do for my customers. I sublet alignments to Sids because hes a qualified professional at the top of his game in this arena. You wont find any kids working on your car and when its done it drives nice and straight.. Ive tried the Big tire stores near me and always have to turn around and go back 4 to 5 times on every car due to pulling or steering wheel crooked, another shop near Napa in Payson left grease on the floor and acted like it didnt matter. I went there and the guy wouldnt let me leave until I let him inflate my tires to 44psi, the tire maximum. He said that the manufacturer recommended 33psi is too low and that the vehicle manufacturer doesnt know what theyre talking about. The second I left the shop I deflated them back to 33psi so that I wouldnt blow a tire.I do not trust them with my car. I will not go back again. I cant believe this guy hasnt been sued yet.
