We are so happy with the service that we received from jumping jacks! They were super efficient in both dropping off and picking up the bounce house and it absolutely made my daughters birthday party a blast! I love the option for keeping the rental for the weekend because we were able to have family over to celebrate with us that are not quite comfortable in large group settings yet. Wonderful quality and we will definitely recommend and use this company again in the future for events!

Our church used Jumping Jacks for Back to School Sunday. They were easy to book online, and responded well. They contacted us several days before the event to finalize details. They arrived on time had the bounce house set up and ready go before time. They came back and removed it on time also, which is important because you dont want that type of equipment left unattended on your property. The folks setting up and removing were easy to work with. Based on our experience I recommend them and we plan to use them again in the future.

Jumping Jacks is an amazing company who loves to see their clients happy. We rented the mechanical bull and it was a hit at the party. They made sure that everyone got to ride the bull and was even keeping score for the kids who were making it a game on who can stay on the longest. This isn’t the first time I have rented from jumping Jacks with their inflatables, they are always great to work with and they make your party a hit.

We loved this company setup was fast and efficient the event was drenched in rain but no lightning so the kids played all day they was blue lipped and smiling ear to ear had a small issue but talked with Chad and he is willing to work with us thru it so I would recommend them anytime absolutely will use them again

I can’t praise Jumping Jacks highly enough! We reserved the 19’ Dinosaur Mountain Slide for our son’s birthday party and it was delivered, set up, and taken down with zero effort on our part and their employees are simply amazing, incredibly friendly and helpful! The slide itself was immaculately clean and even bigger than we had expected. Everybody at the party (adults included) had a blast and the only downside was having to say goodbye to it on Monday. We will absolutely be renting from Jumping Jacks in the future and I’m thankful to them for helping give our son a memorable birthday!

I live far away and there was a slight issue with the slide. Chad came out on a Friday night at 8pm. Turns out there was no issue. There customer service cant be matched! Nor can their Gigantic water slide. Outstanding job! Very pleased!

My husband and I decided to rent a large water slide from Jumping Jacks Events this past weekend for our sons 8th birthday party. . It was definitely the best decision we made! When the 3 gentleman showed up to put the slide up, they were absolutely amazing, very professional but also stopped for a couple minutes so my son could tell them a couple things (which was awesome and made his day!) The slide was definitely worth every penny, I promise! We received it on Friday and they came to retrieve it on Monday! The whole weekend my 2 kids and my nieces and nephews were all running around saying this was the best day ever!! We will definitely from now on ALWAYS rent from Jumping Jacks Events every year! Lifetime customer!

This was my first time renting a bounce house and it was a great experience. Before reserving online, I called with questions and Chad was very helpful over the phone. Everything was delivered and picked up just as they said it would be and there were no problems with the equipment. I will definitely consider renting again and see no reason to look for a different company to rent from when I do. Also, the weekend rental was the way to go. The kids had a blast all weekend long.

I had 5 kids coming over Labor Day weekend with nothing to entertain them with. I figured a bounce house was too expensive and too much of a hassle but I was sooo wrong! Very affordable and I didnt even hv to be home for delivery nor pick up. Literally all I had to do is plug it in and turn on water spout. We will be doing this again for sure!

Everyone that we worked with was great.....and on time!The associates that came to the home were friendly and went over everything with us, we didn’t have to do a thing to help...the bounce house was a big hit and the cotton candy machine made the party a total success 🙌🏻Even the parents enjoyed their day stating that our party would be hard to beat!It was a fantastic party and our grandson had a fantastic day!

Loved working with Jumping Jacks for my sisters wedding shower. They were by far the most affordable option in the area (we rented two 10x10 tents). The tents were clean + pristine! The delivery/set-up and tear-down were super easy, and everyone we spoke to was lovely and kind. I would highly recommend them for any event rentals!

Wonderful experience! We have a big family with a bunch of kids to keep entertained. This was the BEST! We got the obstacle course and dunk tank. Adults were entertained by the kids and the kids at no point were bored. My family will continue using Jumping Jacks! Also, the staff is wonderful!

We booked the Tropical Twilight Combo for a birthday, and had rainy weather on the forecast the day of our event. Chad was so good at communicating, and when the rain broke 2 hours before our party, he came to set up. Our event was a great success, and I appreciate that Jumping Jacks didn’t cancel because the forecast looked bad.

We have rented Combos 3 times in the last 6 months... and referred a friend.Frozen was our Least Favorite. The steps made it hard for the kids to get up to the slide.Jumping Jacks overall has been a good experience. You rent for a Saturday and get the whole weekend ... which the kids love.

I rented an inflatable water slide for my son’s 7th birthday and it did not disappoint. Jumping Jack’s employees brought the slide to our house Friday morning, set it up, and went over the rules and safety procedures with us. We then had the inflatable until Monday morning when they came back to pick it up. The price to rent was very reasonable considering we had 3 full days to enjoy the slide. I will definitely use this company again for any backyard entertainment needs as they were professional, friendly and so easy to work with. 5+ Stars - I highly recommend!!

The price was amazing compared to other local companies. I got it for the entire weekend Friday to Monday, where most other companies did 4 or 8 hour rentals. They arrived on time and were fast with set up and very easy going. My only complaint was the obstacle course was dirty and smelled at first. The smell went away after airing out for few hours and the kids didn’t mind the dirt. Overall it was a lot of fun and a huge hit at our 4th of July party.

Our preschool has been renting the 14 ft inflatable water slide from Jumping Jacks for years and they have always been great. Theyve switched from hourly rentals to all day rentals, offered repeat customer discounts, and now offer online payments and contract signing. Theyve really streamlined the whole processed to make it as easy as possible and all of the staff is very friendly.

Jumping Jacks hosted an event for us at our church childcare facility. They did a great job setting up. Prices were reasonable and everyone had a fantastic time. We will be using them again in the future.

The owner and staff were great. The bounce house was also very clean. The only advice I would give is they should provide some non-slip mats to put at the exit of the water slide, to run all the way to the entrance. Lots of kids slipped and fell after exiting the water slide. It was a good time for sure in spite of that!

I have a crazy work schedule, so it is difficult for me to just get on the phone throughout the week to set things up. I was able to set everything up and pay through email. The staff showed up on time and got the inflatable set up and ready to go before my guests showed up. I rented one for an adult birthday party, and everyone had so much fun. We did the waterslide combo, and everyone was smiling the entire time. These rentals are not just for kid parties, so if you want to add a little extra element of fun, go for it. The prices are incredibly reasonable as well.I just rented another inflatable, a year later. The prices are still very reasonable, but this time I got to keep the inflatable for the entire weekend, for the same cost! After my friends and I used it Saturday, our kids all invited friends over Sunday to play in it. It was the perfect back-to-school weekend celebration.
