I have had great experiences with GS, this has been the third time I get their services and have had a problem. I have hired for family reunions and for my husbands bday party. Transition is easy and communication is great. I highly recommend GigSalad for any events that you need entertainment.

I been using GigSalad for 3 or 4 years I used to get a lot of hits and I think there marketing team has went down hill because I do not see the jobs coming in. I have emailed them and get no answer on there approach to get more customers. I am getting more thumbtack leads and that’s sad. I will rethink my Decision to renew next year

Incredible company with a platform that helps so many (vendors and people planning an event) and is probably one of the most unique and neatest companies in the world. The team working behind the scenes are very intelligent and caring individuals who work hard together - as a unified team - with compassion and wisdom to see the best outcome for everyone. I would know this because I once worked there and saw this first hand, and absolutely loved the experience of working there over 1.5 years! Im giving them five stars because of the level of quality they have, that I have personally seen and attest to. People need to know this from a first-hand observer from behind the scenes! Im no longer with GigSalad yet continue to vocalize my massive support for this amazing company!

I was invited to take part as a beta tester for app for speakers. I didnt think it would be much of it. But at long await I received the email that my website was set up! I went right on and just the free platform generated me 1 new lead in my area and I was able to add photos, videos and even request reviews. I love it and I added it to my signature on my email. Wow! Gidsalad and its staff are truly awesome. They have the fastest response ever! I really like the set up of the website. Very user friendly. I didnt know about this sight before I started looking for talent. I was impressed by the site already, but due to speedy communication they have exceeded my expectations. I found and booked a musician to play at my Mothers 70th birthday party through Gig Salad. Although the price was quite high, I was pleased with the experience. The customer service was helpful, the payment simple, and the artist perfectly suited my needs. I would consider using GigSalad again, and would only be hindered by the price that the service adds to the cost of hiring an entertainer.

He walked us through the system, showed us how the interface functioned and, was very candid about the strengths and weaknesses that we might face in developing our brand profile. Little did I realize the response I would get! I initially signed up with GigSalad, thinking, If I get a couple jobs from GigSalad, itll be worth 5%.Mrs. Claus and I worked four gigs on Christmas Eve -- and had to turn down an additional TWENTY EIGHT GIGS for that date, alone! Blew our minds!!I really value GigSalads services, particularly the fact that I dont have to worry about getting paid. Its kind of unbecoming for Santa to go chasing clients to get paid. GigSalad handles all of that for me .I became a believer in just one holiday season!

WHAT TOTAL BULLSHIT!!!!!They have had my $40 dollars now for almost 3 weeks, and not so much as a single inquiry!!! It also says that 29 people have also seen my site Only from Missouri and California? Dont they know about the other 46 continental states? NOT SO MUCH AS A SINGLE HIT! And also...NO REFUND!I was also on Gig Masters Had 4 hits in 3 days!!!!!If they got $40 from enough succors out there, it wont matter! I hope your conscience starts to bother you soon!

With this company for years. They gave me a bad address to a Gig and when I called to complain they wanted to argue with me. Then my next to Gigs I they wonder why I didnt show up. Well, I didnt want them to send me to Tacoma when the Gig was in Edmonds. Worst part of this experience was having to debate with customer service every call I made to them to resolve. Meghans exact words were why didnt you go to the next two Gigs..Ive explained why more than once. I think my feedback explains how I am with to others Ive worked for and with. This salad has become rotten and Ill never go back.

I was amazed on the great customer service and attention I received from Gig Salad. After a miscommunication occurred they immediately assign Ryan Westeren to help me find a solution. I work for a non profit and our event is to help make the holidays fun and exciting for those kids that live in one of the poorest neighborhoods in our city. I have been on GigSalad for only a short time, but I have seen some amazing results. That alone is a reason for my 5 star review. But the reason I felt really compelled to do a 5 star review was from the excellent customer service I was provided. Specifically from Cord Schnakenberg. Cord is amazingly dedicated, and a true professional. He helped me every single step of the way (with a smile on his face) through a booking process issue that was long, and tedious. The issue was no fault on GigSalads part. It was special circumstances through a particular client. Cord was very understanding, incredibly nice, and he really helped me feel at ease through what could have been a chaotic process. I am extremely happy to say the issue was resolved 100% positively for everyone involved, and I couldnt be more thrilled about being on a companys website as professional as GigSalad.

No other online performance referral site books nearly as many gigs as Gigsalad. I would estimate that I get four times as many leads, and bookings for gig salad as opposed to other compared websites. Their application, notification, and customer friendly services are absolutely outstanding.

After scheduling our first gig through this horrible company, the customer refused to provide important details, such as confirming the location of their event & wardrobe, both of which we obviously needed to be their artist model. We contacted the customer prior to their event a MINIMUM of 5 times by text, voice mail, and email and got NO response. At that point, we had no idea if the event was cancelled or if the customer had moved, died, or whatnot. In fact, if gig salad had looked at our last correspondence to the customer through their OWN email notification system, they would have been well aware of what was going on and that we had tried many times to contact the customer. If gig salad had done so, they would have known we had done everything in our power to move forward with our booking. After the date of the event passed and we saw our 1-star review on their site, it was easy to figure out what happened. For whatever reason, the customer found a replacement for us, which is fine, but in order to justify getting their nonrefundable deposit back through gig salad, they chose not to reply to us so that it would look like we failed to appear at their event—but they had basically forced us not to show up. Then they gave us the poor review to justify their actions to gig salad. It’s unfortunate that people will stoop to such a scheme for their own personal gain at the expense of others, but outrageous that gig salad was complicit in it. Beware!!!

Brutal. I booked and got a confirmation for an artist to play my event. The confirmation was clear - David Payton would play my party on June 4. However, 4 days later, David decided to take another gig and cancelled on me. Pretty low thing to do.I wont book him or with GigSalad again.

EXCELLENT service!! This website and the company are both awesome! I am a singer/songwriter, and I had an issue with my account. I contacted their help center email, and heard back within less than 24 hours. Unfortunately, I had to close down my account totally because of a personal reason, and I knew that I couldnt be refunded for that, which was ok, but Madi was extremely helpful and sympathetic, and she even gave me a promo code so I could have a discount for a new account...and I didnt even ask! These guys are awesome, and they care about their clients. Thanks Madi and GigSalad for all of your help!

I have never booked a gig before. Its the bosses wife, and its her birthday...do they still have singing telegrams? When I googled singing telegrams up popped gig salad. Let me say up front that the folks from GIG SALAD want your business so they work extra hard at customer satisfaction. I had a bad experience when I selected a vendor to come and falsely arrest the bosses wife on her birthday. Paid for it, got confirmation was ready to go until 3 hours before the event the vendor CELEBRATION SENSATION cancelled because they just received my request and they dont have anyone who can come to their office and pick up a cop uniform in time...can you find someone else? I am likeWHAT THE EFF? Then the vendor tells me most people call the actor and confirm before they pay. Really? I think most people who receive a confirmation would believe services will be rendered!! (and these folks claim a 5 star YELP! rating..not any more they dont! After a half hour of back and forth I called the nice folks at GIG SALAD. The CSR was absolutely 100 percent going to see our event did not go sour and he made it happen. He made some calls in our area and within 2 minutes I was contacted by another vendor out of Orange County and they were so eager to help they sent an actor (Joe) who played his role like an expert. This actor impressed my boss who is not too impressed by people trying to impress him!!! And, our VICTIM, well she never had a clue that the arrest was fake. I will post video as soon as my copy is in my hand. We had a great time it was well with the money and GIG SALADS CUSTOMER SERVICE REP made it happen. Gigsalad helped me get debt free! I racked up thousands of dollars from booked shows and singing telegrams. I even got bonused and tipped a ton extra to dress in a chicken suit. Gigsalad is an adventure. Get a couple of high quality photos and videos, then sign up!!! Use your creativity to make some money.
