Took my RX8 in for recall work on Tuesday. It should have been done on Thursday and it’s now Friday yet I still haven’t even heard from reliable. Called on Friday morning to check on the status of my repairs. I was told the service dept. would call me back but they never did. It’s already been 5 days, they could at least let me know when to expect my repairs to be finished.Update: I still haven’t heard from them as of Sunday. It’s getting kind of ridiculous.

I brought my vehicle for a recall repair. Staff was curteous and professional, arranged a Lyft ride home and when work was completed I got a prompt ride back to pick it up. Im very pleased with my experience with Reliable Mazda.

Unfortunately the opposite of reliable, they broke a key in my car, then expected me to pay for the locksmith. If that wasnt bad enough, I order 2 keys (roughly $100 each) and they charge me for 4 keys, because the first two keys that they made didnt work.Dont use this service even if it seems like your only option.
