HORRIBLE! They cancelled a Psychiatry appointment without telling me! It was my first appointment, I had it scheduled in February for beggining of May because it was there only appointment, then the week of it they cancelled it and said they triple booked patients. Now they rescheduled me for August. HORRIBLE PLACE TO GO FOR MENTAL HEALTH HELP!

Do not bother with this place. Alane the head clinician is VERY VERY VERY unprofessional she does not care about clients besides her paycheck. My navigator and counselor were switched twice out of nowhere and I was stuck with no help. She basically told me to get over it

This place could really help people but management stinks I was treated unfair and I was fired and call a whistleblower for exposing the mistreatment of the clients I feel if that you don’t like your job Quit don’t treat people the way you don’t want to be treated. Point blankSecond of all I was more qualified then my supervisor however they would not promote me or give me a new position with my skills and qualifications along with my education and nobody I worked with including my supervisor had a degree but me I have a Masters

As an adult at last, I can do whatever I want. I know I havent been into the MHA yet, but I bet I can be in soon enough once it has services like what people have like a real taste of freedom.

I went to the Mental Health Association for assistance in my housing search. I spoke to Dave Havens the homeless director for housing for them. He helped me out tremendously. He knew me from the age of 17. He wrote a character reference for me a few months ago. And today I go see my apartment.Thank you Dave.Respectfully yours,Isaac Cruz
