Only Giving 1 star because it won’t allow less. They are a joke as a mental health service. Their office staff is extremely rude definitely not fit for dealing with mental health aspect. The counselor turn over rate is RIDICULOUS. Some of the counselors obviously don’t care for their job by the treatment they give their patients. You’re better off searching for help elsewhere.

Ive been falling through the cracks... I feel like Im forgotten if I dont have appointments set up with my specific counselor. Like when I was told I would be assigned a new counselor and would be contacted by the office with these updates -- never was. I had to go in, so I couldnt be put on hold. Finally got the new counselor, but then shes out for a month because of surgery. I was told that in the time she would be out that Id be given a temporary counselor, still waiting on that. Im going to call in the morning to find out whats going on...

This place is kind of a joke to call itself a walk in clinic. According to one of the workers there (steve olson), it means that you can walk in and set up an appointment. Additionally, they state that if you need help today, you need to go to the ER, but there isnt a psychiatrist on call, so they have to have you admitted from the ER before youll get any help. Thanks for the worthless (and expensive) ER experience Steve. Also, highly unprofessional of you to yell at someone in a therapy environment as they open up to you about their complex feelings/situations theyre going through.

Came in a half of month ago to set signed up for services and received a appointment date for the 15 and was never called, called the facility and they have no records of me coming to get set up. Seriously super unprofessional and dumb.

I would love a better review unfortunately every single time Ive made an appointment they cancel it the morning of, to reschedule at least 5 weeks later. Poor people can just kill themselves I guess. It will be almost 5 months since Ive attempted treatment with them by my NEXT appointment and I pray to God I can keep it together enough for them to cancel the next one too. When expressed outrage that another doctor cancelled the reception ist said, well some people have been waiting a year as if THATS ANY BETTER. WHAT IS THE POINT OF THIS PLACE? I wasnt WAITING I had AN APPOINTMENT

Would give 0 stars if I could. Poor service, the front desk ladies are extremely rude. Not helpful. Dont really care about their patients at all. Communication is extremely poor. Even if your child is experiencing an emergency they give you the brush off and tell you there is nothing they can do.

Enjoyed the place at first and than they keep bouncing me to new people . I really not find that comfortable for me to keep having to go through my 44 years trauma over and over . Also the people who set up appointments made me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about not a good way to treat people who need help. That’s why I rather deal with my issues alone .

Now I know why they call them QUACKS. Avoid if you need actual help, unfortunately not worth the time or the trip. Made me feel worse coming here.

I dont know where all the bad reviews come from.Dr. Bland seemed very understanding. He doesnt give a big pity party or come off as thouh he doesnt care or just being a cop out.He listened to me, we brought humor to some of my issues without ignoring them.I wish I had met him a long time ago, especially since my wrecks. He has been one of the only people into he medical field to actually take me seriously.and the woman at the registration desk was very very nice. Made you feel like you were theyre on a positive movement, instead of being stressed and nervous

This place helps. The councilors arent that good. They tend to be young and inexperienced. The doctors here are hit and miss also.

TrashClueless people. Avoid at all costs. They moved from a nice place to this dump. Seems to suit the trash theyve employed.

Chelsea, our behavior specialist, has helped us tremendously. She isnt just available for our child, but has helped our entire family to help our child as well. I cant thank her enough for all of her hard work, long hours, the phone calls she ALWAYS returns right away, her expertise, and her kindness.
