We recently used Springfield Limo from a ride from JFK back to Jersey. We had a 2 hour delay in getting our luggage. The driver could not have been more patient, even supportive and understanding, given the situation. Excellent car service, clean and updated vehicle, very professional driver. I will use them again in the future!

I recently switched to Springfield Limo from other car services Ive used and theyve been great. Courteous, on time, not crazy driving. And I love that they automatically send you a confirmation and billing right to your email. Recommend highly.

I recently used Springfield Limo for an early morning pick up for business travel and they were outside my door 10 minutes before my scheduled time which gave me much relief.I also used them to pick me up for my return and they made it so easy for me to get my luggage and met them curbside for my pick up. The drivers were very friendly and courteous.I absolutely plan to utilize them again for my business travel and I plan to let my family know about their great services.

Great experience. Made a reservation for 7 passengers from Manhattan to Edison, NJ and back. The passengers arrived twenty minutes early and were satisfied. Cost was significantly cheaper than others around same area, about $300 less. Definitely recommend, plan on using their services regularly.

We call Springfield Limo when our customers need a lift and they never disappoint. Our last customer kept the driver waiting for over half an hour. They exhibited superhuman patience and professionalism through the whole ordeal and will have all our future business.

Customer Service was horrible! I called to get some information on the limo services for an event with a non-profit organization that would be a monthly need. I was hung up on multiple times as I explained the reason for my call. The gentleman that I spoke with told me to go to hell and that I am not a real customer without even listening to what I was saying. Unacceptable service! Very rude! My business will be taken elsewhere.

Excellent from Reservations to pick and drop off. 5 star service @ 2:00 am. I was nervous when I needed pick @ 2 am. My driver was 15 min early. Thanks you all.

Horrible experience with this service. For pick up he called at pick up time and said he would be 8 minutes late. Thats not the biggest deal but not professional for a service meant to get you to the airport on time. Then they never showed up at the gate when we returned home!!! We were standing there with our two little ones and all our luggage waiting while everyone around us left. I called and the woman at the service was very rude and asked where we were she would get someone there. Shouldnt they have known where we were? I told her we waited and waited no one arrived. When we were half way home in a taxi service the man called and said he was picking us up and where should he go. HORRIBLE!!!

I worked with this company for two days and left very disappointed. Apart from having a very very poor and shabby looking cab stand office, one of the owners was very rude and discourteous, and very much unaware of what is proper professional and ethical conduct to drivers. The web page on which the bright and impressive home page appears is purely paradoxical. His few vehicles ( about 6) are not only dirty and poorly maintained, but the owner is careless about warning signs on the dashboard! He has an old computer wrapped in black tape and no printer. The driver has to make sure he buys the cheapest gas in town.This company sure does know how to deceive the public by way of advertisement. It is always the good driver who makes a limo company a good entity and not the owner despite the glamour on their web page.

We had a 4 am pick up today on a night we fell back an hour and Avi was on time and fantastic

I cant say nothing bad about this company, they were on time and they went out of their way to make us confortable even though we were a party of ten. I got their number Im planning to use them again in the near future and I will recommend them to my friends.
