Very disappointed led me to believe I had a limo for my daughter senior prom four days before when I tried to confirm they told me they dont do business in Connecticut. I had to call them daily trying to work with them the receptionist is nice but no return phone calls had to hound them on a daily basis and now Im without a limo for my daughters prom poor quality poor professionalism very disappointing not recommended at all.

My 3rd time using Springfield limo.....and not my last. Wonderful thanks to Bobby. A plus service all the way. Thanks again.

Horrible Service, they dont understand customer service, yelled at me to call yellow cab instead of ensuring me that my payment would be secure..
