I booked a vehicle to transfer my wife and I to and from the stl airport. I will be using Harmony Limousine in the future.

Booked a surprise trip for Valentines day - 3 couples, 3 pickups - travel to St. Louis and back. Frankly, 5-stars isnt enough. Not only did Shayna put together a fantastic experience (charcuterie board, flowers for the ladies, ice for the libations), Jay actually went to a liquor store to replenish our bar for the ride home while we were at dinner. The limo was perfect (bluetooth tunes on a great sound system) and the evening went off better than we could have asked for. After a year of COVID fatigue, Harmony Limousine helped give us an evening well never forget! Cant thank them enough - and well be back!

I had a good experience booking with this company, but have had a nightmare attempting to cancel. We paid in full for our event, including gratuity to a driver who we never met. Due to COVID associated restrictions and precautions, the event was rescheduled and eventually canceled. When asking for a refund, they have refused to give any amount of refund. They said a credit can be given to be used in the future, but had no option for canceling. I understand that a security deposit is not refundable but there was nothing in the agreement saying the rest would not be able to be refunded when we paid early. I did not agree to extending a line of credit to the company. I understand that they are having a difficult time as a business given the event industry as a whole, but that does not excuse this policy, lack of willingness to work with customers, or overall questionable ethics as a business.I don’t doubt that the services they provide may be great, but I would not trust working with this company again.The above review was described as lashing out by the owner. While it is written while being frustrated with Harmony, it is also primarily written with the hope that others do not get ripped off by this company. Review their contract carefully if you still choose to work with them. It does not delineate between the security deposit due date, full payment due date, and does not specify which would be refunded (or that it is neither). Those line items not being delineated may end up costing me significant money due to their company business practices, but I sure hope it does not negatively impact other potential customers. There are other vendors who do not treat their customers in this manner.

Very friendly and efficient!

I have used Harmony Limousine for the past 10 years and they have always worked well with us. A group of 18 people went to Chicago for 5 days in freezing weather and our driver Jay was always ready before our leaving time and warmed the bus. The days we were in the downtown area, he managed to drop us off very close to the places we needed to be and picked us up in front of the building so we didnt have to walk in the cold. He is very professional and super nice. Their rate is much better than similar companies in the area. We will definitely use them again.

Harmony Limo provided great service. I contacted them about 1 month before a trip and they took care of scheduling us the charter bus we needed. Roy was our driver the day of and took very good care of us! Great driver!

We had a wonderful experience with Harmony. 3 weeks before my daughter’s wedding, our previously arranged bus service folded. We had 100 out of town people coming who needed transportation. Shana was wonderful, accommodating and also a calming influence. I can’t give enough praise. We will definitely use them again.

We have been working with Harmony for years for our client events. They are very easy to get a hold of with questions throughout the process and are extremely professional. Our drivers are always very nice, patient and on time. If you are looking for transportation for an event Harmony is definitely the way to go. We could not recommend them more!

Harmony was on time, professional and very easy to work with! Our driver was incredibly patient and accommodating with our big wedding party! He even waited after our agreed upon time to make sure that every personal item had been cleared from the bus. The bus was awesome and fit us all comfortably! I would recommend them to any bride!

I use this service quite a bit ... rides to the airport, big events, and for a lot of concerts we go to out of town . They are always on time, respectful, and a lot of times with good tips on making our trip a little more fun and comfortable ... They are immersed in the community and always pay it forward to others l have never had any issues with a car or a driver in the more than 10 yrs if service ... recommend them wholeheartedly

Worst limo service. Go elsewhere. They charged over a 50% tip and the driver asked for more. Go elsewhere you’ll spend much less for a better service. 0/10

The whole roundtrip service was on point. The driver Ricky was amazing and showed us a nice Breakfast spot on the way to the St. Louis Lambert Airport !! When taking our luggage out of the vehicle he even inform one of my friends her luggage would be over 50 lbs...Lol... He was right!!! I will use their service over and over again!! Thanks again for the amazing service that was provided for us!!!!

They provide shuttle service to UIS students on Sundays and Wednesdays. On a Wednesday(the shuttle runs from 6 pm to 10 pm) I waited over 30 minutes at the designated pickup location and finally called their office to confirm if someone was going to come. The woman who took the call, at first seemed cooperative, told me that the driver had left at 5.45 with some students. When I told her that he wasnt supposed to leave before 6 and if she could let the drivers know that, she was rude and told me she was not willing to argue and I can choose to do whatever with that information. Guess reason is too much for her pea sized intellect. Unprofessional and absolutely terrible customer service. I do not recommend this company.

Ive called at least 6 times over the last 3 days, and I cant even get them to pick up the phone. How am I supposed to get a quote, if they dont answer their phone?

Best limo service in town

The limo smelled like piss and the AC wasn’t working. Whoever we spoke to was extremely rude and disrespectful. They do not know how to handle business or customers.
