Great place to book a vacation. We have booked a couple family trips over the years stateside and recently booked a couples trip out of country. Everyone is always very helpful and informative

We recently went on a two week trip to Alaska through Adelman Vacations. Cam was our host. We want to say this lady made our trip! She planed things so far ahead we were so impressed. We will definitely ask for her again. David and Margaret Foster

We met with a travel agent today and were highly disappointed in our experience. One of the people in our trip recommended this place since they had had a positive experience with one of the agents but that was not what we received today when we worked with a different member of the company. There are 4 of us traveling internationally to spend time with family. When asked if there were any brochures on things we could do in Norway we were informed that she didn’t have any brochures and we could just look it up ourselves, that she wouldn’t help us look for things to book if somebody else (family potentially) would be setting it up. All we wanted to know was what things there were to do while in Norway. Less than 5 minutes into the first meeting one of the 4 of us had a question and before she finished her question we were rudely told that “she would get to it if we would just listen.” Incredibly disappointed and we will now be booking it ourselves since she couldn’t be bothered to help us.

I have used Adelman Travel for a couple of trips to Europe and have always had everything go smoothly. My recent trip was no exception. My agent, Diana W., has done well in booking hotels that are close to train stations or require only a minor walk to the destination. She always has the logistics of train schedules, airlines, etc., worked out well. Would recommend without hesitation and look forward to the next trip someday!

Very nice travel agents got their magazine in the mail.

I was told the shuttle would be waiting for me on arrival at the airport but when I went to the company they had no reservation. They also forgot my name on the reservation for the hotel so after 30 hours of traveling I was waiting in the lobby of the hotel for another hour and a half at midnight while they tried to figure out and find my reservation even with the paperwork the travel agent said to bring. Then on the way back from my vacation i find out that my next flight is at an entirely different airport which I wasnt told about and had to pay $30 for a bus to take me an hour and a half to a different airport to get on my next flight.

I will NEVER walk into this agency again! They will not even try to accommodate your wants but only want to show you what they want to put together. I travel a lot and when I plan a trip, money is not my major concern...

Terrible place!!! Awful experience! Make sure and tell people of surcharges and taxes before purchasing!!!! Please read the reviews! Don’t go here! I planned and payed for a trip and rental car and after coming they charged me all these taxes and surcharges I wasn’t prepared for!!!

Had to call 3 times to get 1 email and that email was not what i asked for. You need to start listening to potential customers. Travel agents must make a killing in spfld mo because i am a paying customer that will travel in november but because of their attitude or lack of listening skills Im going to end up booking on line!

I am VERY displeased with my experience with this company. The lady that I booked my hooneymoon with was Wilma and she did not disclose all the information to me causing some huge issues!! When asked to speak to her supervisor she transfered me to a voicemail with no expectation that the sup was not available. The vacation manager that I worked with was not helpful or friendly at all. I would NOT recomment this company to anyone, they have completely ruined the entire experience for us
