This is a great tour company, they treat you like 1st class.

Shore excursion at Skagway, AK, was with Chilkoot Tours. I arrived at pickup point at designated time, discovered tour bus left EARLY and Steve Brock (Sunnyland Tour Guide) let the bus leave without taking a head count! Fortunately, owner of Chilkoot Tours took us (2) in his vehicle up to White Pass Summit and we caught up to the tour after an hour. Bus driver did not or would not answer his radio call from the owner. Two poor decisions: Chilkoot Tour bus driver (Mike) for leaving early; and Steve Brock for failure to take a head count. Absolutely no excuse.Overall, Sunnyland was good and shore excursions were enjoyable, too. Just one bad experience and it turned out OK, thanks to the owner (Roy) of Chilkoot Tours.
