Tim came out to clean our wood stoves.. Upon showing the stoves to him and his assistant they became confused on what stove pipe corresponded to what vent on the roof. I had to hand hold them through which stove pipes vented where. It was not very complicated. This was the first red flag. The entire visit Tim demonstrated that he had no inside voice capabilities. After another 30 minutes of walking around and yelling multiple times that he was the best in the business he said he would need to come back because he was not willing to do the work that day. Guess who never showed back up.. Do not waste your time.

Had an appointment set up, but they decided not to show after I took the day off from work. If this is an example of their customer service, then I dont think I would trust them to do the work correctly either.

Very knowledgeable and through job.Definitely recommend.
