I had a vastly different experience than most of the other reviews. From the moment he opened his mouth, he was unprofessional and just down right rude. He and his partner showed up almost an hour early with no call. He did not greet me but instead told me to put up my leashed dog that was sitting beside me. His crew refused to wear a mask while talking to me and my high risk mother. He began storming off claiming that he cant work with a mask, got irate and said I could find someone else. I told him if he was in the room by himself I did not care if he wore a mask while he worked. At this point the both of them left without so much as telling me they were going to do so, after leaving a mess in my living room. I have never been so shocked by someones blatant disrespect for me, my family, or my home. Im convinced they are only in business due to lack of competition in the area.

Ive had the pleasure of knowing Don for 3 years and he is an upstanding guy. He and his crew rebuilt my chimney from the roof up and cleaned it out for me. They were professional, courteous and great craftsmen. They answered my questions with professionalism and I certainly have no qualms about recommending his service to anyone.

Very friendly, quick and did a great job. will use him again.
