Upon arrival, Apolinar was courteous and very dedicated to getting started with this project. My carpet is older and had stains on it, along with kid and pet wear and tear. I was very close to getting new flooring. Apolinar got right to it, using all bio-friendly products that left a very light and refreshing smell. I’ve never seen a better job done. They used a special tool that extracted everything inside that carpet and below it. I highly recommend this company. I’mso glad I still have my carpet. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Polo came and cleaned our RV carpet and quartz tile flooring. He did such an amazing job! He spent almost 3 hours. He was very kind and professional. I absolutely recommend using Simply Master Services. I will be calling again.
