They used to get my car sparkling but have fallen quite short the last three times. It looks like I will have to find another 😦

After having a subpar experience with my vehicle at the Springfield Buzz In car wash, I decided to take my wifes vehicle to the Wash Me express this passed Monday. The customer service was fine, but I was very unsatisfied with the quality of the wash for the price I paid. When I got home I had to wipe down the vehicle in several spots because there was dirt missed. With the wash I purchased, I was supposed to get a tire/wheel cleaner/brightener but again, when I got home, I had to clean the rims and tires with my own towels and cleaners. So I guess in the future I will just do it the old fashioned way. I will buy my own wash, wax and tire/wheel cleaners and clean my vehicles in my driveway.

My wife took her vehicle through here 3 weeks ago. We regularly use the wash for all our vehicles. Upon entering the tracks my wife felt she was not fully in the track but the girl guiding here said she was perfect. Half way through my wife’s vehicle completely jumped out of the tracks digging a huge gouge into the drivers side rim. The entire wash shut down and the girl had to have my wife drive back over 3 sections to get entered back into the track. After no response from customer services apparently customer satisfaction is not in their company’s motto.

I paid for the top notch wash the boys but one stood around chit chatting when I pulled out to vacuum my car they did not spray the tires or the wheels I still had dirty funk on the front of my car I thought that it would be better than the one in pleasant view because there was a long line one washed off the side of my truck with his brush and the other two on the other side never sprayed or touched my vehicle with a brush I was very disappointed and I probably wont be back

The absolute worst car wash in robertson county. I oaid for the top tier wash and it came out looking like i washed it down with the hose. I was supposed to get the tire shine but nobody ever came out for it and the wash didnt do it for me either. Youd get better quality handwashing yourself

As a critic of wash me express im now upgrading my opinion since it seem like they have finally improved their vacuum. Services it is a whole lot better than before, pre wash cleaning is really i.proved they use plenty of soap when cleaning. They would receive a 5 star from me when they are able to modify their soft cloth straps to oscillate when driving through and i.prove the blow sdry system just a little better air in crucial places. Its well worth the money now and hope it gets better. I know I go their at least 2 to 3 times a week.Job well done guys

Works ok. Cleans my car and I get a vacuum too but why have they still not fixed the drying agent??? When you pull out there is a line down the middle of your car, the left side sheds the water like rainex but the right side stays soaked. Its not a big deal because it all drys after you drive a while but when you pull into the vacuums the right side of your car is still dripping everywhere.

Theyre getting a little sloppy on wheels and tires.I pay for the top tier wash and its supposed to include tire dressing, I havent gotten that on my last few washes.My running boards are always funky after the wash and I have to fix them myself every time.

This place is very convenient in Springfield but it doesnt really wash the underside and wheel wells of your car that well. Ive paid for the most expensive wash and had the same problem.Also the employees are usually in a bad mood and rude on more than one occasion that ive been here. Vacuums are okay if you check to make sure the suction is optimum first. There have been one or two that dont work well.

Paid $8 for a standard wash, before car goes through the washer they had some very upset looking girls hose my cars off, kinda made me feel weird but it was like 100° outside so I get it. also you might wanna put your car antenna down cause I know these kinds of washes have a problem with bending them back really far. also when going through the wash my mirrors got folded outwards which scared me at first cause I didnt even know they could do that.. but its fine cause they just popped right back out! you also get a free manual vacuuming with the car wash, which honestly is the only reason I went here but unlike most people I didnt wanna just go use the vacuums without paying for anything. all and all pretty great place, would recommend!

Quality of the wash isnt worth how much they charge.

I was helped by Mr. Mark and he was astonishing great customer service applied tire shine by hand all round hard worker greatest and most hard working people at this place most definitely coming back and getting me a membership!

If I could give 0 I would wash ahut down right in middle of the cycle sat inside waiting on them to get it restarted. car not clean due to this . got outside to vacuum it barely works could not even vacuum the dirt out of car.

My husband & I drove 2 Springfield, Tn the Sunday b4 Halloween bcuz they had setup a Haunted Car wash for the kids around town 2 have a lil fun in this pandemic we have going on. I thought it was really Awesome for them 2 do that. It wasnt much but they did amazing job! I wld RECOMMEND anyone w/ small children to get out & give it a whirl. Plus our car looked awesome wen we were threw!! Lol... Good Job Wash Me Express!

Love coming here every week with my vehicles. The monthly plan really is the way to go, and you can bring it as often as you’d like. The vacuuming area is very clean and plenty of slots are always available. The staff is pretty young but all very nice and hardworking!

Im always happy and my vehicle is squeaky clean when I leave. Thank you team members.

I brought my aunts car through this place and it put the biggest dent in the front passenger panel.... i payed to have it fixed because this place refused to fix it... seems like this location is CROOKED and dont know what they are doing.... as i went to Donelson in a different car and had and exelent experience but this location is TRASH.. and lets not mention the vacuums are always clogged and half of them dont even have suction...… MY VEHICLES WILL NEVER GO THROUGH THIS PLACE AGAIN!!

Smart mouth guy. Said he was the owner. Said i didnt put my money. In.after ABOUT 20 minutes he told me after the cheap wash to get off the lot.Spiffy clean was great bunch of guys. Wash me is history for me. O they ripped my rear window blade and arm off.

I pay for a monthly membership there and went through the car wash today and it was not working properly periods the nozzles to rinse the car off were not timed properly and therefore made me go back through the car wash multiple times . I was informed by the employees that the general manager is messing with the timing on the equipment and that it was a little off. I will be canceling my membership with them if I only get half of a car wash when I go through there.

I read the reviews here. I did not have any problems during my first visit. I did notice someone was trying very hard to resolved some of these issues over at Google review. I would seem to think most people are satisfied or I would see more complaints. I could not imagine trying to make everyone happy. And then you have the scammers trying to collect on some old damages. The ones who drive in a Dodge Aspen and expect to roll out in a Cadillac El Dorado. But like I said this was my first visit. I will adjust my rating as necessary. ;)

I have been using this place for a while now and will continue doing so. The only negative Ive had would be vacuums not working.

Vacuums NEVER work

This place is absolute TRASH! They will damage your vehicle and the only solution they offer you is to cancel your membership to avoid future damage! I spoke with David the “manager” about a scratch to my bumper and he said he watched the camera and didn’t see anything. If that is the not the most bias and scheming way to get away with things I don’t know what is! This business takes no ownership for their faulty equipment and it’s basically every man for himself when it comes to damage caused by them!

I have a monthly membership for the basic wash. My vehicle always comes out clean and Ive only had issues with the vacuums after a patron has tried to use them to suck up every bit of trash out of their car that should have been thrown away in the first place. The workers have always been polite & I even had one of them come out and dress my tires at no charge when I was out of tire dressing. I am there A LOT because I like to keep a clean vehicle since Im in sales. If you are looking for a job that looks like a handwash with a complete dry, then I would suggest a hand wash and dry. I hand dry and detail the exterior of my vehicle after my washes and it always looks great when Im finished. The monthly service is a tremendous value for me!

Machine malfunctioned and pulled the person behind me into me. The manager saw what happened and did not even come out to acknowledge what happened. We had to go find him ourselves. He took our information for when they reviewed the cameras tomorrow. Over a week later and no contact. Wont ever use this wash again, Ive always had a good experience, but this one time left a horrible taste in my mouth.

I would give zero stars if at all possible. The rear windshield wiper was ripped off in the carwash. We didnt notice until we arrived at our destination out of town for Christmas 2016. After we got back to town, we called and then dropped by. Talking to management, filling out an incident claim, and being assured the company would replace the blade in full the manager sent us home and told us he would call when the replacement blade came in. We never got a call, stopped by, there is new management and it is simply terrible. They said there was no such claim filed, there was no way to help us and they would not be replacing the blade and basically called me a liar, all while refusing to give my contact information to the owner or district manager! I have written a complaint to Robertson County. I will loudly tell all I know to never go to this car wash again. EVER. No apologies, this is the most unprofessional managing I have ever seen. I have tried to cancel my Express Car Wash for the past 5 months they promised they would reimburse me and I still have not been in them burst yet calling them every month theyre trying to say theyve been done by bank statements it has not been done they fired or the manager that werent there when I started this no longer works there not for sure why none of my business

Pretty good wash long as it all works.

I just paid for a basic car wash and my car was not clean when I looked it over. I drove back around and asked for a rewash and was told they didnt do that for only a basic wash. I asked to speak to the manager and was told the same thing. He said they would have rewashed it if i had originally paid for a $12 or higher wash. I told him i had paid to get my car cleaned, and it was not clean. This is poor business practice in the least. I paid for a service and did not get what I paid for. Dont waste your money at the Wash me Express. They dont stand behind their product!

This Wash Me Express got to be the worst car wash in Tennessee. Visited at 11/13/19 and the prep team didn’t prep right. The woman rushed and didn’t even bother to scrub my front bumper. Never coming back to this car wash and I’ll be letting people know to not come here either.

Horrible service, we cancelled all 9 vehicles on their monthly service plan. The vacuums really work anymore, and the carwash destroyed one of our work vehicles. The owner refuses to take responsibility for the damage even though his employees toad us to vehicle would fit and to proceed into the car wash. They used to be great when they first opened.

An ok place to get your car washed. Its a little pricey at $8 for a basic wash, but it does have attendants. Also, you have to use cash or cards here; you cannot use coins.

I have a monthly plan, so im there any time I get a chance. Only thing negative I experience are drivers ahead of me that break at the blower, because of this there has been times when I almost rear end them. Other than that its really good.

I love this place but I wish they had two sometimes.

I paid for the $15 extreme wash. The machine malfunctioned causing the car in front of me to come back and hit me. After getting an incident report, the management staff still would not admit fault or ever offer to refund my $15. The mishap caused over $800 in damage to my car, of which they have never reimbursed me for the repair. My insurance company has tried to contact them, but they do not cooperate. The wash is now under new management. After approaching the new team about the incident, they still did not help me. They were unhelpful and quite rude. I wont be taking any of my vehicles to those crooks anymore.

Wash was fine however the vacuums are horrific all of them were clogged and gross and employees dont seem to car when its brought up, save your money and go elsewhere.

I pay for a monthly service. Just got back from a long trip and wanted to upgrade due to how dirty my car was. Kid at front pressed ready to pay even though I was reaching for screen. You can only use your pass once a day so now I have to take time out of my busy schedule to try again tomorrow...I came today because I was not busy. Guy was just stuttering not knowing what to do so I just drove off and went through basic wash as I was so angry I knew I would say something very unpleasant if I stayed.

Paid 14 $ full wash, Im semi handycap,but this wash is a rip off.Been there before on a lower price wash..It ran my car threw was ok.Then paid 14$ thinking, oh good now my car will be supper clean..But no,It pulled me threw so fast, I had to then take it home,pay someone to come and hand wash it.So that day cost me 50:00$ DOLLORS to clean my car. ( Never) will go back there....
