Rain still beading off of our car several days after using the drive thru wash at Blue Iguana. Vacuums are powerful! I recommend.

This has been my favorite place to vacuum my car for years. The vacuums have plenty of suction, and after being out of town at college, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they added compressed air nozzles on green hose lines to the vacuums. This is a fantastic addition, because now you can blow dirt and debris out of crevices the vacuums cant get and then follow close by with the vacuum to get the dirt thats kicked up by the air nozzle. This pair makes for a 1-2 punch resulting in a superior clean as opposed to just having a vacuum. The mat cleaner machine is awesome as well, you just push the button and feed it your mats. Im a hand-wash type of guy so I dont really use the automatic car wash, but I like to buy the car scent trees as a thank you and way to support the business for their excellent free vacuum and compressed air setup. This is my go-to place in Springfield.

Love the free vacuums for customers which have great suction. Got the $20 wash, was a little dissapointed there was still some dirt and bird poo on the side of my vehicle in a few places. That would have knocked more off the score but to this day I have not found an automatic car wash that doesnt leave stuff behind so this rating is based on the industry standard I have experienced.

I had just gotten off work on the 25th and wanted to get my car Vacuumed and washed. After paying the girl Guided me onto the tracks it started pulling me through the system. Halfway through my car comes completely off of the tracks . Slamming my car into the machine after Repeatedly honking my horn they finally rushed to my aid helped me get my car back into the tracks … Told me to pull around so that they could take pictures of the damage take down my information and that they would call me the following day on my lunch break on Saturday I have called the corporate office three times still no follow up no concern for me or my car used to be my favorite car wash thoroughly disappointed no one has reached out to me still

We are regular customers at the South Campbell location. We love the free vacuums. They have great suction in the wash is always wonderful as well. We love Madi. She is always very informative and extra helpful!

My kids are little so this automatic car wash is their favorite. I love the free vacums

Not sure how this place is rated so well.. I tried to save a couple bucks and go to a place different from my norm and wish I didnt. I feel like I wasted the money. The vacuum didnt pick up anything. The suction sucked and didnt pick up anything. The wash its self was alright. I left and went to a different car wash to finish the job. You get what you pay for.

Great car wash, with free vacuums. However, their wash mechanisms ripped off a back light cover, and never called me back. Offered no recompense, despite me being very very kind to them. Disappointed at this.

Car wash and vacuum once a day for 15 bucks. Did you need more? Well, the car wash itself is the best auto wash around. For the cheapest wash it still does a power wash undercarriage, good wheel wash and wax rinse. I live on a 1.5 mile dirt road and know what a dirty car is like!

I love Blue Iguana! I come thru 4 or more times a week. Im always impressed with the friendly staff. I just have to mention Kabril though. There are good employees and there are exceptional employees. Kabril falls in the latter. Theres never been one time that I havent seen a smile on his face. Most days I see him, hell come out to my car and flash that smile. No matter what my day has been like...if I come through the car wash and Kabrilis working...my day instantly gets better. Like I said, hes exceptional. And you dont find that everyday. Just make sure he knows hes appreciated! Because he is.

Monthly subscription is a great value for those of us that drive around town everyday and can swing in 5-6 times a week to get a wash.

Use BOGO washes and not disappointed but wheel deal is not satisfactory. Will continue using due to convenience and great suction of vacuums.

I took my new truck through the car wash and it did damage to my vehicle. The manager is saying that his car wash did not do the damage. Not willing to pay for the damage at all. I still have temp tags on the truck its just sad that a company doesnt want to treat their customers right. I will never use their car wash again.

This is my favorite car wash in town. I can always get in and out, typically without a wait. The staff are always very nice and the wash always gets my cat very clean ! Best one in town !!

Recommend. Vaccums work great. My car always looks beautiful after getting it washed there. They also have buy 1 get 1 free or you can join & pay 1 rate for as many washes as you want per month!

Line was long but went quick. I dont always get a great wash seeing as I live on gravel roads. The price has gone up to$5 for the cheap wash but thats expected s ok me times. Will always go back.

Great vacuums and you dont have to use the car wash the vacuums are actually free which is the main reason I wash my car there as well cause most places say free but never are.

We got a great car wash at a decent price. The car was very clean and we were very happy. I wish we lived closer so we could get a membership where we could get a weekly wash.

They were rude and treated us as if we were going to mess up the car wash as we went through it. The they shut the fan off half-way through because we had some dirt in the back of our truck they didnt want to blow out. We also had a 150 pound floor jack in the back that one would have thought we stole because they surrounded our vehicle and wouldnt let us go through until it was removed and put in the cab becuase they thought it would blow put.

Installed blow guns !Awesome !Now we are getting detailed cleaning in vacuum station !

The best car wash in town!

I like this car wash. Not big on these venues, but I am a senior citizen and look for place that is quick and seems user friendly. If a problem, the employees get it resolved, and are friendly about it. Good place and a great wash!

They did a great job cleaning the vehicle. Most importantly, the kids loved it!

Quick cheap efficient. Price isnt too bad either.

If a car hits you in the wash they will not cover it. They just blame it on the driver even though they put the cars on rollers + super close together. I advise calling the police and document everything. Terrible customer service! Beware!!

You can spend $3 and get a very decent car wash, I went camping and needed this. It was supposed to rain today, so I didnt want to spend more.They have a better wash, that shines your tires for only 3 bucks more. Very happy w this car wash and their free vacuums!

I dont have any issues, wash is always good. The vaccums are amazing when theres a few people but when theres a lot they stop sucking as much.

Vacuum area is the best ! The wash however is just mediocre and the 10$ wash is practically the same as the 5$ wash.

Good quick easy stop. The employees are helpful and personable. When problems arise they’re fast to address the issue. And several times they’ve toss in a free air freshener.

Usually a good experience. Two days ago when I went through the screen for monthly carwash membership was irritating. I think it should be an option not a full screen to bypass. The lady ahead of me was so confused 4 cars went by in the other lane before somone came to help.

We bought the 15.00 dollar car washBugs still all over my car, went back and told the young man that was working, too bad you didnt buy the 20.00 car wash

Nice clean facility with courteous employees. Home of the $3 car wash; it does a very good wash for your car or you can upgrade to one of the better wash jobs. Vacuums are always free; totally awesome. Very convenient & you get good services for a good fair price. They dont nickel & dime your pocket. I highly recommend this business 👍👍!!

Their vacuums are great and free to use. Their car wash does a good job itself. But it scratched up our brand new 2020 Jeep. So we cancelled our membership and will be going elsewhere. I gave a two star instead of a one just because all the staff is very friendly and it is a “good wash” if you don’t care about scratches on your vehicles!

You cant beat free vacuums and a $3 car wash!I take my bikes there to clean them up and boy they come out spicy.

Free vacuums! Good wash for the money. Wash club is worth the money if you want to keep your car clean, and youll save money over the long run. With the wash club, you can go every day. Employees are very courteous and helpful. Even on weekends when the lines are long, it moves fast.

Have been several times and have had no issues with either the car wash or free vacuums. I would also recommend getting a monthly membership as it is well worth it.

Went in today to get a club membership for a Christmas present and Andrew and Eric were fantastic! They went out of their way to help me out and make sure I got exactly what I needed. They explained the process and were so kind to answer all my questions and accommodate me even though they were very busy. Very glad I went with them instead of their competitor!

I have always gotten a good wash here. The staff are friendly. I especially love the BOGO on the washes. You actually have 31 days to use it too!

They recently raised the price of their cheapest car wash, which was $3, to $5. There is another similar car wash just off Glenstone and Kearney, which is $3, unless they raised their prices as well. They claim to have lowered the price of the $7 wash to $5...but the $3 wash is not available without explanation.

Only giving it a 4 because it doesnt get all the bugs off, for an automatic car wash it does a phenomenal job making vehicles look shiny and fairly clean.
