Overall, decent auto wash. Although it may have a lot of options for how premium of a wash you want, it really just makes the process more confusing. Additionally, unlike other washes in the area, there isnt a crew waiting at the other end to towel off all the water, so youre left with hard water spots on the car, which can be especially frustrating on a black car.3/5 for average ease of use and good, but not great results

Holy cow, this place is much less expensive than the competition. For $14.99 once a month you can have the best wash in the world every day without a penny more. I pay for the top package at 29.99 a month and get my tires shined and the body gets a ceramic coating everytime I drive in where I used to ignore and just drive right past. You will be amazed by their crew who all love their jobs and show that with the best service you have ever had at an old fashioned car wash.

Awesome place to wash vehicle, love the spray air to remove dust. By far the best place for your cars cleanliness. Madi is very helpful and asked if I was happy w service. Thumbs up to the hiring personal!

Ok car wash the BYGO on the highest level in ash tiers make it worth the $. Club carwash in other parts of Missouri are the best in the state.

Cleaned up my car pretty well for only $5. Would recommend.

Initially went for a $5 car wash but their employee entering everything in on the screen said if I paid $10 she could give me a tire shine and another carwash in the next 30 days. Came back 25 days later and was told the ticket was invalid and they could not give me another wash. I would normally give blue iguana 5 stars but thats just bad customer service.Edit: the issue was resolved as it was a mere miscommunication on the staffs end. Management was helpful, and I will be returning as my regular car wash location.

I’m a senior citizen who just wanted a nice “the works” car wash. My entire experience was ruined by an employee yelling for me to “go on!”. (Go slow and explain things to us old folks!)The car wash manager came to me and apologized for the employee being “too fast”. I didn’t even bother to do the vacuum thing. Just wanted to leave.UPDATE 3/2/2021I’ve edited my unpleasant experience.Andrew, manager of the car wash franchise, called me and offered to reimburse the $20 bucks I’d paid to get a “The Works” treatment for my dirty Subaru Forester. He was very kind and understanding. I’m sufficiently impressed to maybe return and give this place a second chance.

Car wash in Springfield missouri! Can literally detail my car in less than 20 minutes and they have better amenities than other car washes such as the mat machine and the air blower to detail your vents and nooks and crannies. Great value only $10 got me a full wash and tire shine.

Overall set up could be better, hard to get in and out of and navigate through. vacuums won’t get in tight places but they have good suction

Kabril is the best person that works here he is the reason I always continue to come back to this location when it’s even further from my house and my work but I do it because of this man Gabriel is definitely all about making sure the customer is taken care of first and 100% happy when they leave. kabril Thank you for always being so freaking awesome man and helping me in anyway I need you’re the best thanks brother oh and give this man a raise he is more than worth it!!!!

My first visit here and I was very impressed. The young man greeted me and tried to sell me a membership(wasnt interested BUT he was pretty convicing) he was all of maybe 20. Think he said his name was Kabrile. He was smiling the entire time and called me sir.....dont get that alot these days. Seemed to like his job. I will definitely be back.

Went in today to have my car wash. The young boy who guides people car into the wash..1 wasnt paying attention when I was getting on the belt.. 2 he rolled his eyes at me to hurry up and put it in neutral. Not professional at all. Smh
