7 dollar wash got my car so much cleaner then other car washes around . I most definitely recommend them !

I have tried several of the locations in Springfield. The one at Sunshine and KansasIs the only one that does a good job.

I have used Mister Car Wash before and it has been good. However this time it was below standards. My car was pretty dirty from snow, ice and salt to start with. It definitely needed a wash. The car wash was busy. I brought a $12 wash. When it was finished every window had dirty water drop markings on them. The back hatch still had grim on it. My hood and doors were also still dirty. Not satisfied at all with this wash.

A quick pre rinse happens infrequently. Needs to be more consistent to knock the fine dirt off so wont scratch the finish. Back of vehicle always needs a wipe down by me to get areas not reached by the brushes. Not a deal killer. Used to have a guy at the exit to get it.Overall am satisfied and use the service often.

Some days it works really well other days not so much. But being able to go through as many times as needed helps and I love the vaccuums.

I very much enjoy my subscription. I live down several miles of gravel road so being able to wash my truck Dailey if I want is amazing. I can easily stop by after work and clean up my truck and it adds about 8 minutes to my commute, while protecting my truck from rust and not to mention it looks great with zero elbow grease.

Best place to go if you need or like your ride clean on the inside and out i highly recommend stopping by and becoming a member

Mister carwash is a convenient and quick way to get my car clean with my busy life. I do wish the brushes got a little closer or deeper into the crevices like the back hatch on my van. I would also love a multiple car option on the membership!

Its always fun going through the car wash, the red light is on when the soaps pour on your car, making it look like lava 🤣 never had any bad experiences here, plus the employees are always nice which is a plus in my book! 10/10 would recommend

The best car wash in Springfield, MO. Excellent service. The Ultimate unlimited wash package is fantastic and allows truly unlimited washes without having to pay again. Just let them run your card and then allow the payment monthly and you can pull up, let the system scan your barcode, and then you can wash your car all you want without having to do anything else if you like. And, yes, I have washed more than once in the same day, no problem.

A little pricey, but clean and worked well on a vehicle that I used there that had not been washed in some time before I bought it. The first vacuum we went to did not work so we had to go to a second but worked great. I will be going back

You do a great job. The only problem is on a Nissan Rouge the brushes dont do the back end very well. Everything else is great.

Okay so the price has gone up. But it always gets my car clean. However, I do not like they knew heads on the vacuum cleaners. Theyre those little kravis cleaners which get good in between the seat and the sill plate, but they take forever to get the floor. And they always unscrew I could not get when that was screwed in right and I kept having to try and find one that was. But it was fast and easy. And my car always comes out looking new. Great place!

Paid for the most expensive $20 wash for my Toyota Tundra and had to go through a second time to get it fully clean.

So I was close by one of their car washes and was short on time so I figured I would go ahead and try it instead of going to $3 car wash like I always do. I pull up and I am told by a worker that they will not allow me to pay cash. I asked what do you mean? Thinking that maybe I was in the wrong line or something. Well it turns out that they no longer accept money, as in us currency, cash, actual dollar bills. In all of my life I have never went to a business that refused to accept the currency of this great nation. They tell me that I have to pay with a charge card. I unhappily agree to do so and things got even worse when I seen the prices. The other comparable car washes in Springfield charge between $3 and $5 for a basic wash, this place wanted $7 for their basic wash. I could have gotten two washes at $3 car wash and still had money left over, plus they actually accept cash there. So I make the mistake to go ahead and pay the $7 and get this over with. Afterwards I pull up to the vacuum and see that the truck is not one bit cleaner then what $3 car wash does. Still some minor mud and what not left over but not enough to go through any hassle over it. The one and only thing this place has going for it is the vacuums, they are fantastic. If not for the vacuum then this would be a one star review. Lesson learned, I will gladly drive across town next time to $3 car wash.

The automatic wash did a good good at getting all the road grime and salts from the recent snow storm off. One of the better washes Ive used in a while.

Sometimes have to go through twice. At least its unlimited for a month. Vacuums are awesome.

Pretty good wash for an automatic car wash

We love, love to keep our vehicles clean and always love your friendly staff at all the locations. Before the pandemic, we went to the one on Battlefield and National in Springfield, MO and we had our favorite employees and were a bit spoiled. But now we have sampled a few other locations and found the quality of people employed with your company is awesome! While I miss popcorn and coffee, we understand. The cleanliness of the waiting room is tremendous at the Campbell and Republic Rd location. Thank you!

The 1st guy was super friendly, the guy at the wash entrance, not so much. Paid 16$ for a wash and my suv has white water/soap spots all over the back end. Guess Ill save my money and just do it myself next time.

I used this service today. The person at the stand where you pay was very friendly. I continued forward and started in to the car wash and then a girl came out and yelled not to ever do that again and that we should have waited until she got there to guide us in. If that’s the case, she should have been there and not doing whatever she was doing. You do not yell at people. If you want things done a certain way then be there when people are coming in to get the car washed. Completely unacceptable and very unprofessional.

The only reason I gave them 2 stars is that they let me run my vehicle back though a second time, but if Im paying as much as they charge I expect my car to be clean the first go around. The second time didnt get it clean either. Wont be back.

When I first became a member there were two people at the end to dry my car and get off any remaining possible dirt as well. Now since the pandemic I understood not having people at the end at first, but now they are still not there and Im still being charged the same each month! I would really like to see them return!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!Says they take Cash & Cards wait in line & they DO NOT take Cash! How hard is it to make your customers aware by putting out another sign that says you temporarily dont take cash, or change the sign to cards only? Very frustrating

I had never gone through an automatic car-wash until this place. I am from a very small town. So when I did this was absolutely mind boggling to me and I was entertained the entire time! They got every nook and cranny clean, and on top of that they have free vacuums after youre wash that are super powerful and easy to maneuver around youre vehicle.

Moderately priced but very well maintained facility with almost no wait. The attention to detail was apparent.

Ran my vehicle through 3 times and still had grime on the back. Dryers do not dry right. Going to have grime and water spots all over my car. Usually happy with the establishment, not anymore. Quality has gone downhill over the years.

They was on the ball when I got my membership it takes an act of God to get them to wash under the tire wheels or the wheels theres usually one guy there now and it acts like it kills him to wash the windshield the bumpers the tires the wheels I have a greasy spot thats been on my car for 4 I go there twice a week most times I have to go in twice not very happy at all

Its ok. I wish they didnt have attendants at the self serve drive up touch screen. I dont need that help and basically they just stand there and tell me how to do what i can clearly read on the screen, including how to swipe my debit card. Thanks, guy. I got it. Some people probably need that help so maybe have a bell for the elderly, out of touch, or otherwise impaired? Otherwise Im not sure what theyre paying those employees to do other than in these unprecedented times they can wipe down the touch screens.

Fantastic Car Wash. We have the unlimited wash Club subscription which is just fantastic. We can go get my car washed whenever we want. Which is great for me as I like to keep my vehicle clean as much as possible to avoid dirt grinding away the paint job. Their system does a really good job of cleaning my car, and only a couple times that I had to run through a second time to pick up some Buck or Gunk that didnt come off the first time.
