Holy Smokes I havent been to a self-serve car wash in Forever! Most All of these have Closed over the Years. It was too Chilly to use the HandHeld Sprayer so I simply Drove Thru. Did a Fine Job 🙂

Things dont work as they should. However, noticed that they are updating. So my guess would be that things will get better.

Broken automatic car wash. Failed to detect front tire causing meto only get half a wash. DO NOT use!No way to file a complaint, no office or phone number. Will not be back

Should be condemned. It took my money, then I noticed the water sprayer had a huge hole in the tubing so more water came out there than through the nozzle. Everything was broken or damaged.

This place is trashed. The vacuums dont even work.

Ive been going to the buddy bath for years. Its great because you can choose exactly what goes on your car. Unlike a lot of automated washes which clean and wax without any of your say, you can choose if you want to wax or not. Additionally, there are a lot of cleaning options, including tire cleaner, so you can ensure a good clean. Its fairly cheap, too.

The automatic wash took our payment and didnt work at all. The phone number on the door went to a fax machine. I wish I had read the reviews before I came here I would have avoided it completely. What a ripoff. Can I give a negative star?

Don’t waste your money in the automatic car wash. It barely sprays and did absolutely nothing to clean my car.

Spent 7 follors waiting for soap to come to the brush and it never did I highly recommend not coming to this place called both numbers and was discontented and its just a rip off

I like getting my car washed here. I usually choose the $6 dollar automated option. I like that this option blows air on your car to semi dry it at the end.I also feel that the vacuum stays on for approximately 2 minutes for 75 cents.I have not tried the self wash, but the sign says $1.50 for first three minutes, then 50 cents for each additional minute.

DO NOT COME HERE! Nothing is maintained and the automatic washes do not work...the brushes will scratch your car. The water lacks pressure...I could go on and on. The owners dont care.

I like this place because its so close. It is well kept up. However the automatic car wash doesnt reach the bottom half of my Chevy Equinox SUV. It was still very dirty. The rest of the car came out pretty good

It took my $9 but wash wouldnt start (it was the automatic wash on the right hand side). It was late at night and I couldnt find a number to call for a refund. I have used this car wash many times with no issue, but would like to know where to call for a refund.

The wash was decent for the price but the dryer is out of order

Nice clean place to wash, all machines working while I was there. Used towel and windshield towel dispensers as well as the 8 dollar auto wash.

Brought my minivan in to the automatic car wash. Got the premium wash. Sides and front cleaned OK, but rear of van was filthy. Plus, the hours of operation are not listed on the web site or on the building. I showed up at 8pm and it was closed. There are better car washes in town. I wont be coming back to this one.

If you were expecting typhoon or hurricane like force that would sink the Black Pearl you will be quickly let down.  Ive felt more water pressure from the vegi mister at any local grocery store...The soap and wax was a quick turn after selected but the lack of water pressure made cleaning a mower deck and road grime impossible without another government bailout to cover the quarters needed.

Used to be my favorite - but now it’s the worst. Not going back

I was satisfied with the power washing and vacuum. however the car wash meter boxes say to add 1 quarter/ 25 cents for an additional minute of wash time. When you insert a quarter the timer gives you only 30 more seconds.

I came here looking to wash up a bit after a long night of partying. And since the name of this place has BATH in it, I knew I was right where I needed to be. Not bad either..only 5 bucks for a basic wash. The water came out a bit to hard and fast from what Im used to, but after about a minute, your skin becomes numb enough you can tolerate it. The water was a bit cold too...so watch out men! All in all it was a good experience..and I came out sparkling clean!

Paid $10 for a car wash and it didn’t even work. Just took my money. Won’t be back

Sometimes I come here for a quick shower. Always gets me clean. Maybe people are just using it wrong?

Car wash took my money but wouldnt work. There is no phone number or information posted to tell you what to do to get a refund. Found a phone number online but no one answers and there is no voicemail. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

When I left this place I ended up spending $36. I went through the automatic carwash and all it did was spray my car with soap and then stopped working. I tried many times to get it to work. I didn’t want to leave with soap all over my car, so I went to the other automatic wash & the same thing happened. Then, because I still had soap on my car, I went to the manual car wash with 2 screaming babies in my car. I only had a 20. And it doesn’t give you any of your money back. So needless to say I was BEYOND pissed when I left. None of the numbers work for this business. I am not sure how this place even is still in business. If you read the reviews for it, you will see that this has happened countless times...!!! ridiculous!!!

There arent many self serve car washes left in Springfield. This one is good if you need a good cleaning.

Come here because its close to my apartment, and havent been overly impressed. The control boxes in most of the bays are broken and dont accept cash. The change machines only accept $1s and $5s in spite of the fact that they clearly state on the front that they accept $2 bills. The numbers listed on Google and their help sign are disconnected so theres no way to resolve issues with the equipment. The sprayers are underpowered and have no rubber end wo protect your paint in the even that you accidentally get to close to your car. And, while it is purely cosmetic the bays are almost always filthy.

Left me very disappointed. The forming brush and the spot free rinse did not work. The bay wash dirty. The vacuum was mediocre at best.

Went through automatic after driving 5hrs. Got the most expensive one! Undercarriage didnt work! Was out of the first 2 stations! The tri-color was spitting suds! Was in there with a suv and when the top sprayer went over it was spraying so hard it vibrated sunroof so bad it leaked all 4 times it passed over! That was close to last cycle maybe rense! Ended up using self service one because the car was still filthy! First one we pulled into didnt even work!!!!!! 2 star because the car ended up getting clean and u are 1 if the only ones we saw!

Machine took 8$ and said to pull forward but would never start. If anyone goes there dont use the automatic car wash on the right.

Good water pressure. But the thing I like best about it is it has plenty of room to detail youre vehicle

My husband dropped me off to tan then came and paid 8$ for automatic wash. Went in as directed and stopped but nothing ever happened. No water or soap came out so he went back around to the other side and paid 8 more bucks like a fool and the same thing happened. After picking me up I wrote a note for whoever after calling all 4 numbers with no answer or not in service. Put the note in the door at the car wash. Finally got a vm saying I must be full of it because if there was an issue with the wash the lady would have been notified. Anywho she offered me 2 vouchers if I call her and leave a mailing address. Problem is we are from out of state. My advice is be wise and use at your own risk.

Latterly awful car wash. Old, outdated, junky equipment, and low quality cleaners. If your looking for a car wash, go somewhere else. You can tell the owner doesnt care about this place.

Whoever is in charge of this place is doing a horrible job. Im extremely upset. I spent five dollars on a broken car wash. They did not have an out of order sign up and nobody was there to help me get a refund. I will NOT be back.

I came here after another car wash wasnt working correctly. Seemed to do a good job but only took Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.

I couldnt get the automatic one to work. So now Im out of $8. Cant find a number to call them.

Very poorly maintained car wash. Great location, however, their equipment is barely functioning.

Horrible! Paid 5 bucks for water to get sprayed on my car. There was no soap at all. I am so mad there is no working number to talk to anyone about it.

Timer too short, water pressure far too low, vacuums are pathetically underpowered. Took three bucks just to soap the car. Twice that to rinse. Do not use. It is a money trap.

The water pressure was very disapointing especially because I was the only vehicle using a bay so the pump was only feeding my wand

Terrible wash,first the automatic car wash took my money but wouldnt work so had to pay another one next to it then the vacuum didnt work. Id stay away and spend your money elsewhere

When I started, I put a few dollars worth in the machine, but eventually just left with it still going because the vacuum was so weak and barely picked up anything.
