Tia in the service department is a Saint. She is hard working, a lot if times working the job load of 3 people and still keeps her cool and helps every person out with respect. I 1000% will return to the service department and I hope they know what Tia is worth and give her a raise. I have never seen someone so busy but remain so calm and respectful before and not make a mistake. What a valuable employee you all have on your hands.

My salesman, Eric Powell was wonderful. He was able to find just the car i was looking for, even during the covid-19 chip shortage. And we worked out a very reasonable price. This guy is top notch.The dealership, on the other hand, had only one financier working 2 buildings. I sat in the lobby for 4 1/2 hours waiting behind other customers that didnt seem to be in the same building as me.Overall not something i would want to do again, but 5 stars for Eric because he was the first salesperson from 3 dealerships who said I want your business!.

Still some run of the mill dealership tactics used, but a straight forward place with easy to work with people overall. Wouldnt be against working with them again.

Found new Tacoma sr on cars.com listed for 31,5k called to check availability, truck was in stock. So after running my credit score, sale rep came back with price 5k more from listed price called market value adjustment plus bunch of other charges so total cost of truck before tax!!! was 41k I wouldn’t never let them run my credit if I now that. Tried to call, text him back to get some expectations but nothing. So thank you very much Kenny Mallot for your “professionalism”. I know about shortage, but I called my local dealer (Naperville Illinois ) they had 3trucks in stock listed for 40k sport and off-roads. And of course prices were without any adjustments. So good luck people...
Im pretty disappointed in my recent visit to this dealership. Interested in trading my camaro for a new gr supra. Walked around lot, found a car, gr supra 6 cylinder, $5000 dollar markup on windshield, not on website. Walked inside to showroom, not even a good day, screw you, no response from the 6+ people working inside there. Had to actually walk up to someone, that was standing bit still hadnt acknowledged me, and ask if that was legit, simple response lack of supply. Ok, I get it. Maybe Im the minority here and still think sales and service inludes the service part. At least say Hi, Can I help you? Something. Rants over. Jeff Wyler wont be earning my business, doesnt seem like they need it anyway.Update on 5/11/21: Sales Manager reached out and thanked me for review. Took it as a training opportunity for the sales team. A+ for sales managers attitude and willingness to resolve the issue.

As I am sitting in the waiting area while my truck gets an oil change I am seeing almost everyone (employees) walk by with no mask! Not mask worn incorrectly or holding onto one getting ready to put back on. NO...they do not have them and seems like they were never told they needed to wear them. Now, since we are a city with electricity and I’m certain most of these people have tv’s. They have no excuse to walk around customers (who are wearing mask) while they don’t even attempt to cover their face in anyway.Insult to injury...they also wanted to charge me almost $700 for all these “needed” services on a 2020 Tacoma. Fair enough to say that I will not be visiting this location at all in the future! I will also let everyone I know they should avoid this place at all cost.

My wife and I have had consistently positive experiences at Wyler’s Toyota service. They do good work and are honest. On more than one occasion, they have completed preventive maintenance and/or repairs for less than the estimated cost. The technicians take good care of our cars and, at the service desk, Tia takes good care of us.

I went in to have my oil changed at Jeff Wyler Toyota - Springfield.. I had a coupon emailed to me by Toyota. It stated $39.95 for a full synthetic oil & filter change including rotate tires, brake inspection, inspect fluid levels and top off and multi-point inspection.Upon check in I was told the total would be $79.I questioned it and was told very quickly and abruptly to read the fine print. In the fine print it states plus tax, shop supplies and hazardous waste fees may apply.This is why I always am hesitant about having maintenance / repairs preformed at Jeff Wyler / dealerships and why I shy away from them.For certain $79 is no deal on what a common oil change (with all the extras) is about anywhere else you go.Follow-up:After submitting above review I was contacted very next day by the Service Manager. We discussed in detail the specifics and found out that the specific service tech is the one that actually needed to read the fine print on the coupon I presented her. Had she read it the cost figured out much less and in line with what it should have been. That said had she been more patience and listened to the customer a bit better and read what was on the coupon, there would not have been an issue at all and I would have given them at least four stars.
A straightforward experience. New vehicles are crazy pricey these days, but I suppose thats what happens when you go a decade or so in-between purchases. Special thanks to Christine for walking me through the nuances of buying a vehicle in this day-and-age!
My Uncle Matt is awesome. I love moms new car sooo much. My back seat even reclines. I am making Mom and Dad take me and my sister on a road trip this weekend. It is so cool down at the dealership. He personally handled our purchase of a used car today and it couldnt have gone any smoother once he got involved. He handled the situation very professionally, taking the necessary time to find out what had happened and took the necessary steps to clear up the misinformation. We were able to come to an agreement on the price of the car and finish the deal the next day. Thanks to Tyler and Alec who were both very professional AND patient as I explained everything to my daughter (who was going through this process for the first time) as they were going through the paperwork. Just bought a 2020 Tundra Platinum and couldn’t be happier, Jessica Simpson at Jeff Wyler of Springfield really went the extra mile (actually 171 miles) to make sure I got the best deal. They gave me more for my trade than any other dealer was willing and gave me a better than fair price on the new truck, as well as delivery of the truck to my house 2-1/2 hours away and drive the trade back.I am currently looking for a new car for my wife and will certainly buy from Jeff Wyler and Jessica.

Took my car in for new tires put on and an alignment. Staff is friendly but communication was lacking. Upon arrival to pick my car up I noticed damage to my 2 front wheels. They claim that they will be repaired at no cost to me. Just happen today so we will see. The manger addressed the issue promptly with a remedy and compensated me for the cost of the mount and balance. More to come.... so I was instructed to bring my car back on 12/14 at 730 am. I arrived right on time to a crew who had no idea why I was there. I was also told and rental car would be there ready and waiting so I could leave and go to work. That was not the case. They had to call enterprise rental cars to come pick me up and take me to the rental store and wait to get into a car. I ended up late for work because of this AND had to put a $50 deposit down for the rental.. I was told they would need 2 to 3 business days with my car. I called them on 12/17 only to be advised that they havent even started on my car yet. REALLY? like REALLY???? I went and picked up my car the same day without any work done to it as promised. So now they have agreed to pay for the damage to wherever I choose to take it. Completely inconvenient. I will be taking the car to Germain lexus of Easton to have to repairs done from the damage due to Jeff Wyler Toyota of Springfields negligence and mistakes. I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE EVER. very unhappy with how things are ran here. More to come..... car goes to Germain on 1/15/21. We will see if they actually pay for the repairs. UPDATE..... took car to Germain and they had a loaner ready and waiting for me. They took the time to discuss the issues I had with the vehicle and very thorough. Great communication too unlike wyler. I think wyler needs to take lessons on how a business should be ran. These guys at Germain have got it figured out. Well ran. Anyway, wheels went out for repair and came back looking GREAT and when they said it would be done, again, unlike wyler. The invoice for the repairs were sent to wyler as agreed too. 2k worth of repairs and loaner car bc they cant align a car without damaging someones wheels. How many times has this happened in the past and nobody noticed or entrusted wyler to do a good job? AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. THEY DO SUBPAR WORK AND THE COMMUNICATION IS LACKING.

I always take my Avalon to this service center. They are friendly, fast and they always service my car well. The 30 minute drive for me is well worth it.
I wanted to recognize Tia from the service department. I stopped in because my check engine light popped on a couple of days ago. I suspected that it was because my gas cap had not been completely screwed in after my last fill up. She explained to me that the gas cap could be a culprit of the light being on. She quickly checked and sure enough it was. She also took the time to explain other issues that could cause my light to come on. My problem was addressed and solved very quickly putting me at ease. I was so appreciative that I offered her a small tip, which she politely refused stating that it was company policy that they could not accept tips. It is nice to know that there are still honest and helpful individuals out there. Thank you again Tia!!

They did everything that they could to jack up my monthly payment including saying something about bank fees and at the last minute adding an additional 4 dollars a month. Also add 1700 hundred dollars on for paint and fabric protection. My salesman said (thats what we are in the car for labor detailing. My sales mans name was Kyle Green!!! I will NEVER NEVER purchase another vehicle from this dealership. Not Honest and I hate deceitfulness it is just plan wrong!!!! 1700 dollars added 28 dollars a month on to my car payment. If I could return the car I would do so!!!! I am just sick

They originally told me one price and when I got there the price was $90 higher and they would not honor it. They also told me free inspection but once I declined their overpriced transmission change they then wanted to charge me $125 for the inspection. Apparently theres a communication disconnect between their schedulers who gave me the price and the people that are actually on duty in the service department. Spoke with 3 or 4 different people none of which rectified the problem.
Service in Toyota does a great job of communication and service. The only service side of Jeff Wyler I would take my vehicle to.
Jeff Wyler Toyota of Springfield is an all around excellent automotive dealer. I was considering trading vehicles and was in the area so I thought Id stop by. They have a large selection on their lot and their salespeople are very friendly and helpful. They also do very well on price negotiation. The dealership is clean and there is very little pressure to buy. I would strongly recommend them to anyone in search of a new Toyota!
