Absolutely Horrible! Guy came did estimate a week ago and the insurance company has not received the estimate till now! Does not return calls or emails or text messages then I am supposed to keep calling a representative for assistance and receive nothing. Do not utilize this company not even to build a DOG HOUSE period!!!!!!! Signed VERY ANGRY!!!
We love Jared! Hes the best!
Michelle K. was awesome. I had an issue cause by previous errors and she was able to get everything corrected and I had everything I need to close on my house on time. She is a hardworker and she puts the needs of others first. I will forever be grateful! Tom also assisted me and by doing the right thing I was able to close. Thanks Apex, Springfield office!!!
I own a fence company. We did some pvc work for Apex after some storms blew through Clarksville. They haven’t paid us yet as the primary contractor doing the work. They continue to tell us a check is in the mail. It’s been over 60 days. Really poor business practice and would not recommend them to anyone.
Correction- floor buckled even worse 2 days later as they put the old wet pad back down. Theyve already been paid by USAA and one month later were still waiting for our floor to be fixed. DO NOT USE APEXRick was very personable, on time, always called prior to arrival with an eta, and extremely professional. Would highly recommend him and his team!!
Being generous with one star bc I had to do at least one to place a review. Horrible work. I have seen more professionalism and workmanship from halfway handymen. Don’t let this company anywhere near your home. They can’t even secure your house key while working and you are away. They think placing it under a rock is securing your home. Still no resolution on our home as we are still under contract with no more work or repairs and them still asking for money while our home was left in a mess and zero communication from Tom! This company is a joke!
APEX Has a great team that worked diligently to complete our house repairs. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for home repairs.
This company does not even deserve a 1 star! I will be calling USAA to let them know they need to take them off their company list! I have been waiting on them to finish their job on my dining room for over a month. There is absolutely NO communication and the customer service is horrible! I am a renter and the property manager as well as the owner has been trying to contact this company to get the work done and nothing! I will be writing a review wherever I can to let people know how horrible it is!
I was provided service from Apex restoration by USAA for water damage. Apex move in quickly to turn damage areas in your home however my claim has been open since April 2017 and my home has not been finished or the repairs completed and todays date is September 10, 2017. Work quality is extremely poor. Very slow to repair they will quickly turn out your home just to get the contract and then leave you hanging . I would not recommend Apex restoration and got evidence to prove why.
Communication with the rep was very good. They replaced a section of hardwood floor that was buckled by water damage, reused a still wet pad, 2 days later floor started buckling again. Dissapointed
Unorganized crooks. This place is a joke. You can never get the “branch manager” to answer, and then you get 3 different women calling to schedule this and that for a job that ain’t done! All they seem to be worried about is money and getting you to cash the check before the work is complete!! I’ve let USAA know how crooked this company is and how poorly they treated my elderly parents! Then they call wanting a survey completed before you file a compliant!
They are awful. Never show up on time and the work they did was shotty. On top of it all, when the work they did failed, they said theyd come back to fix it and never did. The next day they said theyd be at the house at 3:30 and didnt show up until 5:45. Then for further repairs they gave me their word theyd be on time the next day. They were not on time and informed me they would be an hour and a half late due to traffic. Theyre awful.
Similar complaints as the other reviewers except they never showed up to start the work. The initial contract was written in some one else’s name, nor did they provide a copy of the contract. Initially scheduled to start two weeks ago yet due to a cold day in April they couldn’t start work repairing the inside of my home. Which would have been ok if some one had called before the day was almost over. The customer service person was polite. I asked for a copy of the contract and was informed work would start a week later. After not receiving any information on when the project would start I switched to a different company.
We were assigned this company by USAA after our HVAC overflowed in our attic and caused significant water damage throughout a large portion of our home. The first project manager we were assigned agreed to complete some extra work (add our own cost- not covered by our insurance) for some upgrades we had been wanting done. You know, if your house is going to be in a state of chaos, best to just knock everything out at once, right? He agreed to paint our entryway and living room and re-tile our fireplace. He quoted us a great price for the labor (we would provide the supplies), we agreed and the work was started. Sounds good, right? Nope. Turns out he was notorious for promising things at stupidly low prices and not being able to follow through. After the edging was completed on the paint jobs that were agreed to (walls were beige, they were edged grey- pretty noticeable), turns out he was fired. We got a new project manager quickly, he was nice and professional, but could not uphold the deal the other guy made. So there we were with beige walls and grey edges, a stack of tiles that we paid for to be installed around our fireplace, and the work could not be completed. It sucked, but stuff happens, we moved on..... The water damage had ruined two different types of flooring and the entire first floor needed to be replaced, so we opted to upgrade to a high quality laminate and pay the difference. It was beautiful and we were pretty pumped about this silver lining coming from a bad situation. When they completed the job (painting the hall where the damage was and installing the flooring) we came home to inspect the work. There was some dripping paint on the walls, paint dripping from nails that we were told we didnt need to worrying about removing, missing quarter nosing in our kitchen, fairly significant gaps in the flooring in multiple not-so-inconspicuous places throughout, and a mess left for me to clean up. After bringing this up with the project manager, he fixed the paint and added the quarter nosing, but nothing was done about the gaps. We were told someone would be out to fix it and that someone never came. The entire process took almost seven weeks. Seven weeks were our 8 month old was around exposed plywood floors and the occasional staple because of some confusion between APEX and USAA. Bottom line, I would not recommend this company, and if assigned them through my insurance company I would insist on someone else. The whole process was frustrating, and this company seemed to do little in the way of quality control of their subcontractors or offering a solution when the work doesnt meet standards. The subcontractors used seemed to have little concern for the quality of their work and I seriously doubt they would find the work satisfactory had it been their own home.
Put my review on their Facebook page, wrote too much and google won’t let me post. In simple terms, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. No respect, no comminication, left job unfinished, didn’t clean up at all.
A very good friendly staff extremely knowledgeable.
Horrible company! They do not return calls or care about your needs, they only care about cashing the insurance check. Allow your house to be overtaken by mold before you use them! You’ve been warned.
Apex worked for a client of mine. They never showed up on time and communication was poor. Their cleanup during and after the work was not existent at best . Their was numerous other have issues in which ultimately removed them from the job so that another contractor could finish it up.
Great people
