About a few weeks ago, my teenage son had his haircut here. The barber (a gentleman) listened to what we requested, and it turned out a great haircut! Price is closer to that of salon, but what matter the most is a final product for us. My son looks fabulous and he is happy with his new haircut. Thank you!

Closed when they were supposed to be open. Lights were on, but doors were locked. Sign on the door indicates masks required. Not going back.

Delina has been my barber for years. Shes the best. Very professional and damn good at what she does!

Well I went here on a whim and I wont be returning I asked for a short fade won the sides and the top left long. After buzzing up the sides a bit the lady I had turns me around and says its done. I ask her to trim it up to my natural part showing her was I was looking for and she proceeds to tell me that she doesnt know how to do what Ive asked for, And says that its done.Then proceeds to charge me 30 dollars. For a buzz that is wrong, choppy AND ask how much Im tipping. This was a 10 dollar experience at best and my hair is still not right. I will never be returning advise others to avoid.If you havent got the ability to do a simple cut dont start cutting then tell the person.

Went in for a regular haircut. Did not expect to pay $30 plus tip. Hair cutter did not listen when I asked to check in after cutting off an inch and decided to leave me with little to no hair. I can understand charging more if you include shampoo and rinse but none of that occurred. I dont plan on coming back.

This place is so BADDDDDDDD I would give it one star. Im not going to say much just dont go unless you want to get yelled at and kicked out by the manager of the store and the front desk lady who never wears a mask.

Lori is the only barber there who takes this pandemic seriously. The scheduler (Millie) refuses to wear a mask (despite state ordinance) and makes excuses for doing so. Randy has his nose hanging outside his mask every time which shows his contempt for everyones safety. And the manager is so adverse to feedback and constructive criticism that shell never be bothered to enforce state ordinanace, among her employeesor her customers. The hand written signs on the front of the store about masks being required are merely an empty gesture. Just today they accepted customers who werent wearing masks and they said nothing. Apart from Lori, Barber Shop & Co do not care about your safety...only your money. Today was the last time I will get my haircut here. I would encourage any patron who values their own safety and well being to seriously consider finding anither barber. No haircut is worth risking our lives.

Great atmosphere and people my only complaint is the price

Came in for a simple fade came out with a scuffed cut and the fade doesn’t fade at all lol. I had this Asian lady as my barber today who was extremely rude to me. She literally stated she messed up the fade and was still mad when I didn’t tip her??? Hello? She goes on saying “don’t come in here again to me,” avoid this barber lmao. Anyways the previous two times I came here I actually got some real barbers who had some decency and knew how to actually cut hair.

I moved to the area about a year and a half ago. I tried out many different shops and barbers until I finally found Stephanie. She is a true artist in her profession. She takes her time, is precise, and I always enjoy the conversation. I don’t go to anymore else in this area. Let her work her magic one time and you’ll be hooked like me.

My rating is not based on services I received but instead on the ones I didnt. I recently got an undercut and Ive been looking for someone local to help with upkeep (its amazing how easy that was to find in Cali!) - while out running errands I stopped in to see if they had someone available. The manager informed me they did - Stephanie - but she wouldnt be in until noon (about an hour from that time). It was a bit of a bummer because I was hoping to do it with only one kid in tow but if she was a good fit it would be worth it for the convenience of other appointments.So I headed out to get my four year old from preschool and returned at 12:20 to be told Stephanie was running late but would arrive soon... again, bummer but I decided to wait it out after making the drive. Stephanie arrived at approximately 1PM, one other person had signed in ahead of me waiting for her, so i continued to try to entertain my 2 & 4 year old, praying she was worth the wait... when it came down to my turn, Stephanie informed me she keeps her own appointments separate from the store (they are walk in only...) and that she needed to take them before me... at this point I had been waiting a total of 90 minutes.Maybe I should have waited one more person, but it felt a little ridiculous to me. When I approached the manager he affirmed they worked on walk in only and I should be next but Stephanie wouldnt budge on her position... pretty unprofessional if you ask me.

Awesome shop and great prices. Paige is the BEST! He has been cutting my hair for years. Everyone in the shop is real friendly and the place is always nice and clean. I would reccomend this place for anyone looking for a cut.

We had the best haircut my son has ever had by Delina (Maybe misspelled). She was great with him and his hair looks fantastic. The pricing is also very fair and there was no line. Will definitely come back.

Decent cut but overpriced, seemed rushed when there wasn’t anybody else there. There is probably a reason the prices aren’t posted anywhere. Tried it once but not really impressed. Thus the rating - it was just OK.

Love Stephanie, after trying several other barbers in the area shes the first one to get my sons haircut right. You can tell by how many regulars she has that she does great work. Ive never had any issues.

I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. Because of the chemo, I lost most of my hair. I decided it was time to embrace the change and decided to shave it off and walked in this shop. They were prompt, friendly, and compassionate. My barber talked me through the entire process which I truly believe kept the tears from falling. Ive tried a couple different barbers here and never walked away with a cut that I was supper happy with. Theyve typically have been decent haircuts, but the last barber I went to here made sure I wont come back. My head felt like a punching bag as he repeatedly jabbed my head with the razor. Further more, I though Id be smart and bring a picture of what I was looking for since Im terrible about speaking barber. However, the final result failed to look close to the picture I had brought in.

Great haircut. Cheaper than a salon, average (maybe above) cost for a barber. Wait times can be long. There is seating outside.

Nice barber shop. Havent been back in a couple of years as I found a place closer to home. Some of my favorites are gone now. Binh was great.

Great place for a quick cut but with someone who knows what theyre doing. The barbers all seem to adjust to the customer, for instance talkative if the customer wants it or alternatively quiet if the customer is reserved. The ambiance is the closest youll get to an old fashioned barber shop without actually going to one.

I should give it zero stars as I was never able to get a hair cut there. I got to this place signed in and had a seat. I thought it would be quick as noone was actually cutting hair at the moment. With only one person signed in a head of me. I wait about 5 or 10 minuets with not so much as a hi or we will be with you soon. Still noone was cutting hair just sitting in the chairs.. at one time a lady who I assume was getting off shift said who is. Some customer name then just left. When it was apparent noone was going to be cutting any hair I got up scratched my name off the list and left. I wouldnt recommend this to anyone that actually wanted to get a hair cut.

My daughter had super long hair, and she wanted to cut it super short. This barber actually turned her away saying he ONLY cuts men and boys hair. How sexist is that?? She had her heart set on a her first sharp haircut, and was turned away. Screw you for disheartening a precious girl who grew the courage to cut her hair!

I waited for over an hour and got no haircut . I waited for Brian because he gave me his business card with his stated hours. He went into the back and never came out. The other barbers watched me sit there for an hour and never asked me if they could help or if I would be willing to take a different barber. Really bad experience ; plus nowhere to sit or wait. Not coming back

I got my hair cut today by the nice lady with red hair 10/10

I had went here out of Emergency, needed a cut for a wedding and my own barber was out of town. The lady took advantage and charged me twice for a shape up. I was charged $35 for a beard shape up alone. Disgusting and mainuplative move. I still left a tip out of good courtesy. Kim was the barber.

Very bad experience. I walked in and wrote my name down. I sat down and 5 minutes later someone walks in and sits write down. The lady proceeds to prep him for his haircut. I stand up and look at another barber and say “you got me next?” And he looked at her and made the man get out of the chair. I would have rather waited at that point. I sat down and told her what I wanted and she rushed the haircut and messed it up. Literally a 5 minute haircut. I stand up and walk over to the register to pay (which I shouldn’t have because of the poor job) and the total came out to $21.99. I asked her “When did the price go up?” And she said that it’s been this for a while... which I knew WAS NOT true. Then she spit out and said “it’s always been $20.99” and I just looked at her, after my card had already went through, as she proceeded to open the register to give me a dollar. Very bad experience and I’m never going back. There’s a place called MVP’s in Lorton that is 1) CHEAPER 2) Very good service and 3) Care about you leaving happy. The only downside is that you have to schedule an appointment sometimes. I’d give 0 stars if I could...

I only gave a one star bc I had to give something. Horrible experience. Put our name down on the list for Steph on Saturday to cut our sons hair & waited 25mins for her to take a friend who stopped by & wasn’t on the list. Bad customer service. Why have a list if you don’t use it.

Just visiting on business. I got cut by a woman on the third chair to the left. She was very friendly, but did not know how to fade properly. I asked for a medium low and got a Moto high fade instead with noticable lines and my too is all uneven with spots. Will try and return tomorrow to get a fresh shaved head instead, if it can not be fixed by another barber. Review will change depending on tomorrows outcome. Owners feel free to email me. Definitely not worth $18.99 plus tip.

I have had two bad experiences with this company. I have had my hair cut about 4 times there. The first bad experience was just waiting to get my hair cut. I got skipped a few times. My name was on the list and it was skipped over. I just considered that incident an honest mistake. My most recent visit will have been my last. The most recent incident was with the same barber, Tony. I tried to explain how I wanted my hair cut and he said there were two different ways he could do it. I chose the style with the longer hair of the two so that hair could be cut if it wasnt right. He then proceeded to cut my hair. When he had finished it. I asked if I could see the mirror he was holding so that I could get a closer look and he held in front for me. I thought he was going to hand it to me, but he did not. He had such a strong grip on it he was shaking. That was ok though. HesH probably just protective of his property and didnt want it to get broken. Anyways, I asked him to fix the fade so that it would be higher. While he was fixing it, he was cutting it faster this time and with a little more force as if he was upset I asked him to fix it. After he fixed the fade, I asked if he could fix the top because it wasnt how I wanted it either. I tried to explain how I wanted it differently and he said, So, how I told you in the beginning? Only he said it with an attitude. When he started to turn my chair around to fix it, he looked at the barber beside him and made a face and rolled his eyes. I guess he thought I wasnt paying attention or couldnt see. When he started cutting it, he started cutting it really fast like he was just wanting to get me out of the chair. By this time, Im mad and am trying decide whether want to say anything or not. Now when he finishes, I decide however it looks is what Im going with because it will be too short to do anything else with. So, he asks if its ok and I say yeah even though its not. I decided to bite my tongue and not say anything disrespectful to him even though the behavior he showed me was uncalled for. He acted as if I was being too much of a hassle and all he cared about was the number of haircuts he had in a day. I mean, Im the one paying for the haircut, right? I ended up leaving there mad and with a haircut I didnt even want. Needless to say, I will not be getting my hair cut there again.P.S. He had cut my hair about three times and I he didnt have a problem cutting it the previous times which is why I went back. I dont know what was wrong with him this time.

One of the worst haircuts Ive gotten!!! I was expecting it to be a quick and simple haircut, all I got wads a high and right with bald skin on the side. Pretty hard to mess up right, wrong! I didnt feel my head until I got to my car and that was a big mistake, definitely dont go here. If they messed up something simple like that I cant imagine how bad it could be with something more complicated. Oh and they were more worried about they game going on then they were with my head.

I have been coming here for well over 5 years and haven’t had a complaint until today. If you want a good haircut without judgement for how you want it to look, ask for Todd. Dude will give you exactly what you want.Kim on the other hand gave me attitude and blamed me for the “wrong” haircut when I asked her to push the fade she gave me up higher and cut more off the top (it wasn’t wrong it just wants what I thought it would be, no big deal). She started working so quickly and haphazardly I actually thought she might accidentally stab me with her scissors. She didn’t brush off nearly any hair when she was done and still didn’t take off enough on top.When Kim rang me up, I asked if they had raised their prices to which she responded how much the register said, so I told her to add $2 and she just swiped my card without adding the tip and then walked away before I had even signed.So disappointed. Will be finding a new barber.

Asked for low skin fade but ended up with high and tight. Now Im looking for a different barber shop to get it fixed. Horrible experience
