My son has a great barber there. Everyone is nice. My son has Downs Syndrome but treated the best there and gets the best hair cut he ever had. Cant say enough good about this shop.

Went in with my child. Sat well over an hour. I understand as a walk in you have to wait your turn however my son was skipped over 3 times. They ignored us. One barber even left and bought food and came back and ate it in front of my son. Then he took another walk in skipping my child AGAIN and proclaimed it was an appointment. Very very disappointed at the rudeness and lack of customer service. Will never be back. If you have kids BEWARE. They only like to do adult cuts. Definitely see why they have a 1 star rating and if I knew who owned it I would call.

Suggestion: make an appointment. I sat and waited for ten minutes only to be ignored by all the barbers when they cut two people that just walked in ahead of me. Suggestion to the staff: honor the first come first serve rule.

They are rude to their customers. They treat cutomers as if you they are giving you the hair cut for free. They dont know how to treat kids kindly. I was going to this shop back when I lived in Springfield, came back to town n was thinking they have changed but still the same. So I have to go else where. They need to grow up.

This place works off of reservations and treats the people that come in off the street horribly. I was totally ignored while they sat in there chair playing with there phone for 20 min.
