My brakes went out and I took it to them to have them look it over. They were more affordable than most and when it ended up that there were gonna be way more repairs and expenses than I had planned they called me and asked what I wanted to do. They let me pick my vehicle up to handle the issue myself/wait til later without any attitude or pushiness. They were friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Even waiting to call until late afternoon to accommodate my night shift. Seriously the best mechanic shop interaction I’ve ever had. Would definitely recommend.

I had oil dripping from the engine....this started after we left Reedsport heading back to Springfield..We could smell the oil burning as it hit the tail pipe...It wasnt until I got home when I noticed a trail of oil coming up the street to my home....I had already put two quarts of oil in my truck from Reedsport to Springfield....I took my truck to Sams, as I always to get repairs there....Ross, (what can I say about Ross, he is polite, easy going and eager to help out when he can).. Anyway, Ross put my truck on the lift and discovered that my oil filter was loose... I had mentioned that I go an oil change recently in Bandon recently,( we have been down there for several weeks), and Ross discovered that the establishment didnt tighten the filter enough, which caused it to come more loose as I drove the truck....Ross tightened the filter, put two more Quarts of oil in the engine, and I was on my way....If it wasnt for Ross, and your business to help out when an emergency happens to customers, I may not have had a running engine in my truck now....Thank you Ross, and thank you Sams for being there when a customer needs them.We are headed back to Bandon this weekend, and I will bring this issue to the establishment that did my oil change.Regards,Fred Fawbushcustomer

Honestly this place saved my life. My tier went flat and I checked everywhere and no on had it in stock. It would take two weeks to get them, and just needed one. They were the only ones that had it. Even tho it was used they helped me to leave for my vocation on time. Thank you so much.

They were very friendly, knowledgeable. Unfortunately due to the make and model of my vehicle oh, we were unable to do business with them. My particular vehicle was extremely costly to do anything with oh, so I was unable to get it fixed.

If I could give more stars I would. This is the best mechanic shop Ive ever been to. Every tech is great. Theyre always honest, with everything. From how long its gonna take to the pricing and labour to their own professional opinion. These guys have never steered me wrong and I swear by them. Theyve seen me in two cars, answered so many of my newbie car owner questions, gave me solid professional advice after I bought my second car when they found out it had about $1400 worth of maintenance needed (long story short the dealership paid for it) and are just super cool guys who are good to talk to. Plus they put out free coffee for you in their homey little lobby. Small place, big effort, I think. Thank you so much guys for all your help.

Finding an auto shop you can trust is like finding a doctor. I know almost nothing about cars. Sams has been good to me and has done the work right. Its not the most high end shop, there may occasionally be something youll have to go elsewhere for. My wifes car had to go to the dealer once because Sams didnt have the right machine for testing, but I can understand a small shop not being able to buy some $10,000 machine.

Sams had done several repairs for all of which were done in a timely manner with friendly service.

My main service truck CVH and whole rear axle was broken at the jobsite. I took it to Sams auto and they went way out of there way to get my service truck back on the road. The staff was friendly and courteous. And the price was very reasonable.

Replace tail light assembly.

Had a less than enjoyable experience just a week ago. There is a new man as the the counter that has absolutely no idea what he is doing. He was curt, rude and berated both of us. He was amazingly slow and when we picked the car up there were two people in the office, including the office manager and my fav guy and neither of them even looked up. Finally my husband asked for the keys. It is unfortunate because a great business recommended this place but I was amazed how bad it was in the end. Bad taste is still there... Wont go back or recommend.
