I have been trying to cancel a homeowners policy with State Farm and receive a refund. Susan Moberly will not call me back! It’s been 3 weeks since I notified State Farm and the policy has been cancelled and they must not want to refund the last 2 months of the policy! Susan Moberly was contacted 2x and was supposed to call me but still no call.If you want good service, don’t call Susan Moberly or State Farm!
I have been a customer for almost 3 years. I have had nothing but a positive experience. When I call my questions are answered quickly. I recently broke down and called my agent, she walked me through the steps of being towed. It was easy and quick!! They always go above and beyond to help their customers!
