Went in almost two weeks ago in see about getting a quote for home and car insurance. After I left, the receptionist called me three times with questions that she forgot to ask initially. That was a red flag on how this whole experience was going to go. Have called back twice to see about getting my quote. Both times the same lady has said someone will get back with me, no callback, nothing but the sound of crickets. If this is how they handle trying to bring in a new client, I can only imagine how things operate after they have your money. Maybe the question I was asked whether my F-150 truck had a trailer hitch, not sure I have ever seen a truck without one, is holding up my quote.

Ive never made an internet review before but ive also never been spoken to with such disrespect and unwillingness to help before either. I was told they would not provide me with proof of my current policy nor email anything to my new company for me to qualify for a previous insurance discount. She spoke badly of my new company and their choice of carrier to place me with and even about the people who work at my new company. Totally professional!

I cant believe the type of customer service (if you can call it that) that I experienced from this business. I called three times to try to get ahold of someone who could give me a quote...all three times I was put on hold for over 8 minutes. Then when someone finally answered they were very rude and acted frustrated. Glad I chose to not waste my money here. At least with this business you know you can judge a book by its cover.
