Nationally known insurance with a small town feel. 2 years ago, I switched from an insurance company that I was with for 22 years to State Farm, due to rates, and it came with the plus of Jerry, and his fantastic staff that delivers nothing but the greatest personalized customer service. I love when I call, they know who I am, they know my family members name, without having to look it up. That all combined with the best rates Ive encountered, how can you go wrong? Seriously, give them a call, you will not be disappointed.

I get many offers in the mail from other insurance companies trying to entice me to switch to their policies and supposedly save money but I have to say that those go straight to the trash. I am getting the best rates with State Farm. They call and let me know when they adjust my monthly payment to a new lower rate. I have experienced better customer service with State Farm than with any previous insurance provider. Thanks guys!

Jerry and his office are top notch. Quality customer service is not totally lost today! Get ready to have your questions answered quickly. The product (coverage) is also very good. Working with them is so much easier and more efficient than going through a middleman agency who represents multiple carriers.

This State Farm office has been the best. I insure 2 homes and 2 cars with Jerry Farnam. The office staff is always immediately responsive to my needs and/or questions. This past month I had a deer run in front of my car. When I called this office, Hannah answered, stayed on the phone with me while I spoke to claims. She called back to check to see if I needed anything else. I had a check in my mailbox in 4 days. She called to be sure I received it. They rock!

Jerry’s is the easiest Insurance office I’ve ever dealt with. We’ve consolidated all policies with him. They are fast with answers. They even call when there are changes, up or down. And our costs have consistently gone down.It’s an absolute pleasure dealing with State Farm and Jerry Farnum.

DO NOT GO WITH THIS AGENCY!! This is an absolutely dreadful group extremely lazy and indifferent. After a positive relationship with our SF agent in NY state we transferred to Jerry Farnum and the Springfield State Farm office when we moved to Vermont. Jerry quickly increased our rates, then with no warning our auto insurance was cancelled. We did not even get a call from him. When we tracked him down on the phone after receiving numerous cancellation notices he just said their was nothing he could do, wasn’t his fault and he had no control. We followed up with him again a few weeks later when we contacted our former NY agent with State Farm. Jerry said he would elevate our appeal. Since then? Nothing. Jerry just answers phones and cashes commission checks. If you want no service, higher rates and the hassle of being cancelled then he’s your guy. You are better off with an Internet company. This is the worst agency I have ever worked with in my 40 years of buying insurance. STAY AWAY!!!

I have worked with jerry for a few years now and I originally went with Jerry because he blew away my old insurance company with his quote. I bundled vehicles, toys and my house which made things super easy. One bill for everything. I recently had an accident which ended in a total loss, this happened around the holidays which had things moving super slow plus Covid on top of it. I called Jerry Frustrated and he told me he would look into it. In my mind I was like yup OK. 45 Minutes late he called me to let me know that I would be receiving a call soon from claims. I got that call shortly after Jerry and I hung up. Jerry really got State farm moving and working to get the process moving. I needed a truck in the middle of winter but had a loan so the process had to go through which winter is my favorite as I braaaap as much as I can. Out of all the agents I have worked with Jerry and his team are the Best by far, most prompt, most personable and are awesome to work with. If you are looking for insurance or a quote I highly recommend that you call Jerry and see for yourself why I took the time to write this Review.
