Very rude, and perceived that I couldnt afford their policy amount, and told me that I should look at a off brand insurer such as safe auto, or the general. They assumed that 478$ every 6 months was to much for me to handle. Shame on them!

Before my husband passed everything with thos company was great. Well since then i feel like im over paying. After he passed my insurance was 125 a month and now its climbed up to 185 a month. Being a widow of 3 children sometimes i have to choose insurance over dinner or school programs.

Steve is great, couldnt ask for a more knowledgeable person.
