I’ve been a SELCO member since I was 6. I only recently took advantage of the insurance services which are free to members. I purchased a new vehicle and was told by the loan officer to utilize the insurance services to help me find better coverage. They got me a lower deductible, lower monthly payment, and more inclusive coverage than I had with my previous carrier of 17 years. I’m very pleased.

When we first moved her several years ago we needed Oregon car insurance. We had already joined Selco for our checking account and liked their services. We made an appointment and was so impressed with our agents knowledge we ended up buying car and home insurance and saved a considerable amount. We have been with Selco 3 years now and are very happy with their services.

THank you selco insurance services you have saved my family so much money, and have made us feel valued. A night, and day difference compared to how we had been treated in the past.

Banking customer service is great!But Tina the loan officer in the Redmond branch changed our loan interest and payment, this is our second loan with selco.we signed at one rate but they changed it after the signatures were done and the loan was final, it had been a month into the loan when I saw that it was changed online, we never had a request to change the loan interest or payment amount. Its a good thing we paid over the amount since the amount went up $25(that can cost you to default)We called to speak with Tina, she was very rude, then said she would need to look at the loan and call back, she called back a few hours later and tried to convince us thats the way its going to be, we disagreed and asked her how could she just change our fixed loan rates when she(Tina) signed with us at closing of the loan? She said again she would need to look at the loan and very rudely said she had other loans and we were not her only client, we asked to speak to her supervisor and she said she would call you back, very rudely again!! A day later still no return call, we left a message for her supervisor, nothing!!We absolutely love selco customer service for banking needs but Tina is very untruthful. We will never go through them for another loan, we are in the process of leaving to a different credit union because of this situation.It just would be nice for someone to call us regarding this and stop ignoring it.

We had our first real insurance claim in 50 years, and our agent at Selco was so helpful in getting the claim filed and contacting the insurance company to get a remediation team on the job ASAP! Couldnt be happier with their service!
