I will be 36 this year and Mark Lightner has been my agent since I was 17 when i purchased my first car. I have since had several cars and I have purchased two homes. Last Friday when a storm came through and damaged my roof and bathroom I filed a claim that weekend. Mark called me and assisted me with locating a roofing company and made sure I knew they would take care of me. I am so relieved to have him in my corner.

Mark has been my Insurance agent on all of my policies for over a decade. The reason is very simple, service. I am treated like family whenever I have a question about my policy or choosing the right product. Mark, is no longer my insurance agent. We changed companies not for anything Mark did or did not due. I would love to return to Am Family with Mark as my agent. I have never had an agent who was upfront and honest with me about my coverage. A man who whom I felt comfortable discussing many insurance questions with and knew they would be answered honestly, sometime even to his financial loss. I have never forgotten a time when Mark asked me if I was aware of coverage I had as my car was still under warranty with manufacturer. I said I was not and he pointed out he did not want me to find out down the road that I was double covered, padding his pocket. Mark is the epitome of what you want an insurance agent to be. Mark is very informative and helpful on getting the proper insurance that fits your needs. He is also a very friendly person and I did not feel like any question I had was a stupid one.
