My only reason for posting four rather than five stars is that, since we have four policies with the agency, it would be nice to receive more of a discount (particularly since weve made very few claims over the many years weve been with you). And of course we receive less expensive offers for car insurance from other companies regularly, but weve tried to maintain our loyalty, given the good assistance weve received from Sunny and others with your agency. After having several issues with Farmers in regards to my policies and them being handed off all the time to agents no where near me I finally got John. While he is still a great distance from my residence he explained why my policy couldnt be handled by the local agents. He took the time to help me update the policies remotely due to COVID. He was even willing to drive to a local place to meet me so I wouldnt have to commute so far. He is very straight forward, works quickly and professionally. I highly recommend him as an agent.
