Friendly and helpful staff. They got all of my insurance transferred over to our new address.

So back in October my truck was broken into and all of my stereo equipment and all of my tools were stolen..I was devastated!! I had no idea what I was going to do or where to go...the ladies and Mr.Height walked me through everything and explained in great detail what I needed to do because I have never filed a claim as this was foreign territory and somewhat intimidating to me..I cannot even begin to describe the way I feel right now..they helped me every step of the way...reassured me it was going to be ok answered any and all questions I had and they took care of me!!! It was fast and easy and I now have a huge weight taken off my shoulders because I’m now able to replace a vast majority of what was taken...I cannot thank you guys.enough...you are awesome plain and simple I just wanna say thank you from the bottom of my heart !! You never know what kind of insurance company you have until something happens I can tell you this when you choose State Farm your getting the coverage you need and the coverage you can depend on !!! If your not insured thru State Farm you need to be me and my wife have had home and auto thru them for yrs and never had to use them until this past October but we definitely made the right choice they have our business for life ...ps... to the people who read the reviews pick up your phone call them they will get you sorted out and at affordable rates !!!

Dismal customer service. Staff has limited knowledge of system, trying to get ahold of somebody takes well over whatever break youre using to try to resolve the latest issue. Defaulted on payments before because they dont keep track of their customers policies (a simple page that can be printed each morning) they seem to have tremendous trouble communicating with every form theyre provided but they sure have made sure not to transfer policies to another office that would take care of us. Not a problem with state farm, a problem with this office. Been with SF for over 10 years, this office is the only one that has made it miserable.

They have always been helpful when you really need help with the cars or house.

Good old boy and girls Had State Farm Insurance for 60 years try to get a better deal every 3 or 4 years havent been able to beat their price yet

Im sorry guys, and this isnt your fault, but i just heard the state farm cover of 1000 miles and had to take it out on someone.

The only theyre good at is charging customers without a notice. Fraud!!
