They really have no problem taking your money but trying to get a call back is a different story.

Stay away from these scammers! While living in Springfield I purchased an Allstate auto policy from them. I later moved to Arkansas, and called them to cancel the policy because I purchased one here. About 3 months later I started getting letters from a collection agency saying I owed them money for the time AFTER I cancelled the policy. These scammers tried to ruin my credit. It took a while to get it all straightened out, and prove to the collection agency and the Allstate corporate office that I didnt owe these jerks a penny. Im not the first one theyve pulled this on either.

Was an allstate member for years and cancelled my insurance through them when we moved. They sent me a bill for $55 and it was to be paid unless I showed them proof of insurance. I showed them and a couple weeks later got a collection notice. GENE wont call or email me back regarding the mistake on his part. Dirty business practice.

Called and canceled my auto withdrawal payment, and they decided to withdraw anywas putting my acount in the negative and costing me a $70 dollars in over draft fees. Forst quote was very competitive at renewal they raised my insurance over $150.
