I really am happy with the service and friendliness I have received from this office!

Everything was going great with Allstate and then when an epidemic of shortage of building materials started to appear they wanted that excuse to raise my rates, I pay them enough there was a $200 difference that should not be my concern when Im paying for homeowners insurance that is not part of my cost they are to protect me and thats why I give them money to protect me but if I have to buy everything and jump through hoops and do whatever it is I got to do to lower my payments and then come back another year or so for them to only hike up the rates then that company is not worth for it not worth it and you look elsewhere.

Allstate has been phenomenal for the years weve been with them!They responded quickly to claims, sent payments quickly for covered services and reimbursed us quickly for things that had to be paid up front.They call to follow up with us on our policy to help us find a discounts to lower our payment, while providing great services.The roadside assistance team responds quickly and is good about following up to check on you.All around great experience!!!

Ive had such a great experience with the Laure Feld Allstate office since choosing it about a year ago. I would highly recommend it to anyone. I researched pricing and found that no others could even compare. Employees are extremely knowledgeable, always helpful and genuinely kind. The office itself also has a very welcoming atmosphere. I wouldnt even consider going anywhere else for my insurance needs!

I have had two not at fault accidents over the last two years. The second one did extensive damage to my car and I had to have it repaired taking an entire month in the shop to be fixed. Laure Feld Agency paid the damages both time, paid the car rentals fees, and I only paid a small deductible the second time. ($200) I change cars often and they are very responsive and supportive. I have not had any problems with them.

Amazing to deal with! My car got broke into on a Saturday night and on the following Monday they were there to do an estimate and cut us a check for the damages! Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Love Allstate.

I have been with all state over 30 years, my agent is wonderfully. Rodger Frances. I did have a issue with a claim agent, that made me a little upset.but all is good.i got it solved on my own.

I was actually referred to one of the agents here. This particular agent was amazing. Always honest and willing to help me. Found discounts I could use and always answered my questions thoroughly. After about a year and a half, this particular agent either left or got let go. After calling multiple times to try to get answers to my questions, one particular agent was extreamly rude to me in regards to a car accident I was in. There was no communication between my insurance and the shop my car was at. I played middle man because they couldnt hold a claim adjuster to my case for whatever reason. After fighting with them and discussing my frustrations with several different agents there, my questions were answered and my vehicle was taken care of. The reason I gave four stars is because following this awful experience, everyone has been more then accommodating and extreamly understanding. As for the agent that was heartless and rude, they clearly didnt last long. Never heard from that particular individual again. All in all, its a good company with honest agents.

My wife recently had an accident the first person I called was to the Field Miller Agency to get the claim roling. I got home and the adjuster was already calling me to make arrangements to have our car (2013 Dodge Journey ) repaired and to arrange for a rental car for us. He even contacted the people whose fence was damaged (I must apologise for (the home owner) his actions they were totally uncalled for). When the car was repaired I decided to purchase a new one and our rates have only gone up $12.00 a year.
