Renters Insurance is required. After a little looking, I discovered that renters insurance basically will only cover the used/damaged value of a few items you own, and never anything of any worth (no collectibles, no jewelry, no electronics, etc), so since I have to throw money in the trash, I wanted the least expensive and this was it. Its nice to know if my apartment burns down, Ill be able to buy a new pair of jeans. Ive had no physical interaction with this location or the people there, but the several emails requesting review were extremely insistent. Upon review, I was immediately contacted by a very polite person who tried to sell me more worthless insurance.
