TERRIBLE insurance agent. Won’t call you back. Is NEVER in the office during his “office hours”. 6 months of asking him to send proof of insurance for my car and home. Never sent it. Was about to be charged a huge expense for back dating insurance on my loans. Finally got ahold of the lender my loans, he didn’t even add the bank as the lien holder. If you like doing the work of your insurance agent that you’re paying for due to pure laziness and lack of care for people, Ed is your guy! This man should not allowed to be in business.

Very positive experience with Southerland. Had crappy coverage and paying through the nose at the last insurance company. But Mike set me up with awesome coverage and at a affordable price. Would suggest them to anyone.
