I had been in touch with Linda about renewing my home policy but when the last day to renew came, I never heard from her. I called three times and left several messages. I looked at my account online and It turns out my policy expired already. It wasnt supposed to expire until 10/20 but for some reason it had expired. I wish someone at Axia had told me that so I could make arrangements. I finally got a policy with Geico directly. I will not be working about Axia again. Not good when no one returns your call on the day your policy is supposed to renew.

I left several messages regarding changing my policy and never received a call back. Finally I had to contact the actual insurance company. I asked to have a vehicle removed from my policy because it failed inspection and wouldn’t be used, and I didn’t get an answer until AFTER my next payment needed to be made; which I believe was completely by design to make sure I paid for a car I was unable to drive anyway. I had AXIA in the past. When I moved back to MA, I was warned against working with them. But, I like to be loyal to companies I have had good experiences with. Now I know I was told that things had changed and AXIA was no longer the company I had worked with in the past. Completely disgusting!

Axia insurance is a great insurance company. My agent Aidil is great as well. They are professional but yet personable And easy to to talk with. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a great insurance company. Recently I added renters insurance and it was completed within minutes. Great service! Thank you!
