I had them for years, and didnt have a problem. A clerical error occurred on their side, which could have cost me thousands of dollars, and I was unknowingly driving an uninsured car, and paying for a car I didnt own anymore because of them. The reaction was apathy when we brought this to their attention.This goes beyond inconvenience, it is a disservice. Molly did nothing to solve the problem. Just deal with Progressive or Geiko directly, and cut out this unhelpful middleman.
