John was providing quotes for a real estate portfolio so the amount of work is much more lengthy to quote and complete than other home ownership quotes might take. On Fridays, just prior to the weekend, Johns last call at 5pm was always to me to provide an update on where he was at with the quoting process and to ensure me he was still working on my insurance quotes.
