Ive used Orange Cab a number of times to and from the airport and I have never had a good experience. Their cabs always are dirty and for the most part have smelled like smoke. Also not all of the cabs take credit cards and they dont always ask you beforehand on the phone. Once I called for a cab and it was only after we pulled away from the airport that the driver told me they didnt accept credit cards and we had to stop at an ATM, that was not my banks ATM by the way so I had to pay a $2 fee. He knocked off $2 on my bill, but that was it. Definitely do not recommend.

Gabriel is by far an amazing driver!! Love that he was early which is on time for me :-) I will definitely be calling him again for a ride.. Great price by the way!!

Called around 10 and they were very busy so they told me itd be a 30-45 minute wait. I called back about 50 minutes after that and there was just a mistake with the booking so I waited another 25 minutes. Long wait, but the driver was very friendly and apologized. Not entirely his fault just a paperwork mistake. Prices were very reasonable as well.Would consider using this service again.

This has been the best taxi experience Ive had in Springfield. Gabriel and Mickie (in training) were professional and friendly. The jcab was clean and comfortable, and Gabriel drove safely. I will be using orange Taxi service again.

After waiting over two hours for another taxi service to pick me up, I decided to call, Springfield Orange Taxi Service, for a ride back to home to Marionville, we had been on the road all day, and had transmission problems with the car. We stopped at Price Cutters in Springfield.I found it a little bit funny, that the Yellow cab I had been waiting on for over two hours, showed up seconds after the Orange cab did.Sammy is a excellent driver. However, they should probably clean the cabs a little better. But heck its a cab, there supposed to be a little dirty. And by dirty, I am simply referring to the paper clutter on the floor, but the interior is completely spotless.

Only taxi service in area that took credit card over the phone, which is what I needed. Service was good and friendly. Driver was great. Would use them in the future!

My girlfriend needed a ride so she wouldnt have to walk in the cold so i called this cab company a bunch of times and each time no one answered. I wont ever be calling this cab company again. who ever answers the phone needs to learn to pick the damn thing up and answer

Called them and waited for an hr and half. my fiance was so beyond late to work he could of just walked when I called them and made it faster. then called yellow cab and they showed up and picked him up and have been gone for 20 min and still no orange cab. how in the hell do you call yourselves a business that is ridiculous. I was told 30min at the most

Gary picked me up from work he was very nice and reasonable arrived quickly. Cab smelled and looked clean. and he made sure Igot in my house safe

My driver Mickie was friendly and didnt have my anxiety through the roof. Rates are reasonable and usually the wait time isnt too bad

On December 17 Gary driver of orange cab picked me and my sister from a Christmas party when it was icy out and he made sure we got in his cab safely and that we both got home and in our houses safely I will use Gary and orange cab again due to the respect he showed us

Excellent service at a very competitive fixed priceWanted to pre-book a taxi from the airport to the city to Branson and for the return journey and decided to use this firm as their website clearly set out the fixed prices that would be charged and the prices quoted seemed really competitive - we paid $85 for the three of us.Booking on the website was easy although there did seem to be some confusion over our hotels name. But this was quickly and easily remedied by the company after an e-mail exchange.On arrival at Springfield Branson Airport, He phoned to say he was just entering the airport and to check where we were waiting which was all good customer service. we had a very pleasant and relaxed drive into town with a very pleasant driver.Coming back the driver actually turned up a little bit early and got us back to the airport in very good time.Very impressed with this company - particularly for being so up-front with the costs of a journey - and would definitely use again and would recommend to others.

I contacted Orange Taxi from out of town before I arrived in Springfield. Gabriel bent over backwards to ensure my group had a safe ride on NYE. I will definitely contact Orange Taxi next time I need a ride in or around Springfield.

I called for a cab to pick me up at the Springfield airport. The car was waiting for me when I walked out of the airport 5 minutes later. The driver was very friendly, and the car was clean. I would definitely use them again!

Somehow someone got my credit card information and email and fraudulently used it with this company, I contacted this company to let them know and his response was he accused me of trying to fraud him saying I called on behalf of a family member even though I dont have any family in that part of the country. Idk what the hell is going on but I dont appreciate his response and hanging up on me when I was explaining what happened to me. Maybe this guy is the one whos committing fraud? I dont know be careful of this companyRED FLAG!Im not a thief or do I like being stolen fromI will defend myself when accused.

Called over an hour ahead and requested pick up. Got a call 10 minutes before saying they didnt have GPS and needed directions. We were traveling out of town so we struggled to give directions. After 20 minutes of waiting I text and asked how long. They told me at minimum 15 minutes away.Taxi driver himself seemed like a good guy who simply didnt get anything but a dirty van with no GPS, so I certainly dont blame him. He knew springfield very well, which is not the norm for springfield taxis. We were even told to give pick up and drop off locations before hand, but he got no information beyond my phone number to determine where to pick us up.Sad to say but typical springfield taxi service. Next time Ill call 24 hours in advance and pay the 72$ minimum for Fisk services if Im not looking for a quick ride.

Flew in from Hawaii and got great service getting picked up from the airport.

I called just under two hours in advance and the person who answered sounded like he just woke up and proceeded to take my information with a series of ah-huhs, hrumphs, and all the enthusiasm of Ben Stein. Never heard from them again - needless to say no cab showed up. I was late to work. Not recommended.

Had a friend call and ask for a van they said they will send one in 20 minutes 40 mins later still tried callin several. Times got nothing. Finally got someone said ten mins and ask if it wasba van said yes well aa call pulled up the lady got rude with me on the phone when i called bac and hung up then the driver called she did the same. To him said my ride would b half price but never said anything. To the driver never made it to where we wanted to go

0 stars. I called around 7pm and ask for a cab to go to the hospital. He said twenty minutes So I waited 40 mins and called them. They said the they tried to call me to say he was going to be late... BS its not in my call log. So I told him I still need a cab. He told me thirty minutes, and I said, thats fine... I have to go to the HOSPITAL. Meanwhile I wait the estimated time times two. No Call No Cab. Dont Believe all the BS 5 star reviews you see on here I bet more than half are fake. They could give any excuse why the first cab didnt show up but the second... I dont think so.

So my wife and I called for a cab to Battlefield and Fort St. The cab reeked of cigarette smoke and the driver drove the cab 20mph all the way there. He randomly swerved over on Republic RD and tried to turn into Braums because he thought it was Battlefield! Then the guy drove about a quarter of a mile in the turning lane amongst traffic and when he realized where he was, he turned into the lane of traffic without checking his mirrors or blind spot and almost got us all killed by side swiping a full sized Chevy pickup truck. He ended up charging us almost 15 dollars to go less than 5 miles. We just gave him 20 bucks and were thankful to escape with our lives. I have a CDL and so does my wife. And we both have perfect driving records. Trust me when I say that people would be better off taking Yellow Cab or possibly just driving drunk or even riding a unicycle or perhaps even hitchhiking.

Ive taken many cabs from downtown to my house and this time from orange cab the price was doubled and I noticed his speedometer lights were dark so I couldnt see how fast he was going and cars were passing us many times. Basically we got ripped off. Find someone else!

They say 20 min and then 30 min later when you call them to see where they are at they say ... oh something happened and lost your number I didnt realize caller id erases numbers... Never call them!!! They are horrible.

If they have 0 I will give it to them.I called 2 hrs before the pick up they send me a text 15 min after the pickup time, to ask me if I still need it the cab!!!!
