Nice hotel! Very clean and comfortable. The bedsheets were clean, which is a huge priority for me. A little strange that the Jacuzzi tub is in the sleeping area/middle of the room. Other than that, it’s clean, comfortable and spacious. They let us put our cooler ice packs in their store freezer overnight, which was helpful Would stay again.
This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and super clean, yet the feel is like your home away from home. Since I travel a lot for work I cherish a very clean place with great service. For a bigger bang for your buck this hotel you can trust.....Phillip C
I stayed here a little over a week ago.A very clean and well kept La Quinta. This hotel is one of my top 5 La Quintas that I have stayed in this year.This was the first hotel Ive been to that has had hot continental breakfast since the beginning of the pandemic.The only suggestion I would recommend is that they have a little soap holder in the rooms bathrooms.Other than that I had a great stay!Thank you!

Overall the hotel was nice, the people were great, and the only complaint I have is that the parking lot was rather too small for our truck and trailer, and we ended up doing a little off roading to turn around.We got a suite with three beds for 3 adults, 2 kids, 3 dogs, and 2 cats and it was actually big enough for us all. We even got a table to sit at for food, with 4 chairs. Out of all the La Quinta hotels, I think thats the one we slept the best at so far.
Room was nice and breakfast was decent. Staff was very friendly. The area outside of the hotel did not seem very safe. There were people outside wandering around asking for cigarettes or money both days that we stayed.
Airlines put us up here for the night because of issues with flight. Great place, highly recommend.

This place was so well cleaned and comfortable. And the lady at the front desk, in the morning, is very pleasant to interact with. Ive stayed here twice, traveling to, and from Michigan, from Tucson AZ. Ill definitely always stay here on my travels. Id give it 10 stars if I could.

So we were visiting our relatives in Springfield, MO. and decided to check in on one of the closest hotels within her area and boy, the hotel exceeds our expectations. From the cleanliness of the hotel to their breakfast menu, they all rated 5/5 . Staff were very helpful and courteous as well. Will definitely use the same hotel when we come back here.

I would not recommend this hotel. I almost just slept at the airport. It took forever to get a shuttle to pick me up at the airport (over 30 minutes). The front desk staff was so rude when I called for a shuttle. Once I got to the hotel and checked-in, I had to wait even longer for them to remove an air purifier from my room. Once I got to the room the room keys didn’t work. I had to go back to the front desk. When I went back to the room and walked inside, the chemicals that were used in that room were so strong I couldn’t even breathe. I tried to open the window but it wasn’t the type that opens. I went back to the super rude front desk woman, she basically said that she couldn’t do anything for me because of the rate I was booked at. I said that there was no way I could stay in that chemical filled room. She said that she would have to call her manager. After almost 2 hours from the time I called from the airport for a shuttle, to the nightmare checking-in. I was finally in a room. The hallway to the rooms where I was staying smelled like smoke so I assume that they were trying to remove smoke from the original room. Karen (her name really was Karen) needs some customer service training. She NEVER apologize NOT ONE TIME. I will NEVER stay at this La Quinta again. It was the worst experience that I’ve had at a hotel and I travel 4-6 days a week.
Great place to stay have a good cold continental breakfast we have 2 Frenchies and room is clean and well maintained staff is very friendly and helpful would recommend them highly have seen a lot of people with dogs hear.
Bad customer service, I was charged extra $100 for the room I was promised during my booking. When I reached the hotel after 10 hours of driving, the management told me the family room was NOT the room that was booked. I showed them my reservation but they wouldnt budge, We had no choice because of our tiring journey, so we ended up taking the room and paying $100 extra.I will never stay in of the Windham properties.
Overall an amazing place.. staff excellent, clean and tidy, breakfast upon request.. but the wifi for me was unreliable. Not sure if it was my electronics.

Everything seemed clean and well maintained, the staff was friendly, and I was able to get in and out without a fuss. I didn’t use their facilities but did eat breakfast there, which included hot food and had a very nice space dedicated to it (free hotel breakfasts are generally nothing to write home about, and this was no exception, but everything was perfectly fime).

They advertise waffles for breakfast, they give you a brown paper sack with an apple, yogurt, muffin & hard boil egg. I dont eat none of that. Hot tub was roped off. I paid $360 for a room with 2 beds. No ammentites. They should lower their prices until covid is over.

Great stop for our family on the way home. Love that they accommodate fur babies too. Hotel was very clean, room was generously sized for double queens, beds were very comfortable! There was no breakfast because of COVID, but they had a great sack breakfast option and yogurt. Great stay!
Quite Pricey. Vacuuming hallway at 815 pm - when we had to be up by 4 am. Understand they had tournaments going on
This is the best La Quinta I have ever stayed at, BY FAR!! Upgraded and very nice on the inside! The room is huge and the bed and shower were amazing! I recommend to stay here rather than anywhere else in Springfield, Mo! The staff will take care of your needs and make sure you feel right at home!

I stayed there and put a $200 deposit down never got housekeeping had to go and get my own towels because they only offer housekeeping for stay overs every three days. So I actually had to find a housekeeper to switch out my towels and they tried to say that I stole towels because they have no system of keeping them. So I did not get all my deposit back I’m fighting with them now. If they want to keep track of their towels they need to do housekeeping every day in each room.

This is a great place to stay. Very comfy beds, clean rooms, and very nice breakfast set up in the morning. My daughter and I had adjoining rooms because I was watching her month old daughter in mine while she slept at night. It was nice that she could come and go without having to use a key all the time. We were driving from California to Kentucky so it was great to have a place like this to stop and get some much needed rest. Thank you for a great night rest.

The staff was caring and wonderful. Great breakfast. Lovely rooms. Allowed to have dogs and provided a place with bags and spot to throw them away and place to walk them. Only 2 complaints: pool and hot tub closes at 10 pm all nights and no exhaust fan to take out steam from restroom when take shower so the wonderful mirror and bathroom gets to steamy and warm even if the water is set to warm.

Should not advertise that they have an airport shuttle. It took 45 min. to get picked up from the airport 15 min away. Not worth the extra money it cost to stay there.
I usually avoid La Quintas because in my experience they are lower quality motels, but this one was amazing! It looks like it’s brand new. All the furniture is modern and everything is clean. Huge room. They sell drinks at the front desk. Even the grab and go breakfast (covid) was the best I’ve had on the road so far! My opinion of La Quintas has changed.
Great place to stay
La Quinta Inn & Suites are always our first pick anytime we have to visit somewhere, and this one didnt let us down. They had the same comfy beds and pillows we have come to expect. The employees were all very nice, too. The only thing I didnt like is the shower head. It was messed up, but we were still able to take nice showers. Keep up the good work!
Clean, clean clean with comfortable beds
Extremely noisy. Noise from the inside and the highway and train tracks outside. Got very little sleep. Room described as king suite was just a big room. Internet connection was so slow that it was almost unusable. Heating/Cooling unit did not work and temperature was very uncomfortable. Had difficulty getting into building with card key after walking dog and felt unsafe. Breakfast was not appetizing. Manager claims there is no train anywhere near the hotel. (Must have been a kids toy or a recording of a train whistle we heard all night!)
Pandemic protocols in place. Property is pristine, bed was comfortable. Ill find a reason to return

We had an unexpected flight delay which landed us in this hotel as distress passengers. The staff were so kind and accommodating, which was a real blessing after spending nine hours at the airport with a 3 year old and a 1.5 year old. The room was clean and nicely appointed. The temperature was just about perfect on arrival, and the beds were so comfortable! We all slept very well. The continental breakfast in the morning was well cooked and varied. Public spaces were kept very clean, and we very much appreciated the shuttle to the airport! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you, La Quinta, for redeeming a really lousy situation!
If you want clean, this is the hotel for you! This was one of the cleanest hotels Ive encountered. The front desk people were also very nice. Be sure to book online, as driving up and booking in person costs more than the advertised price.
Long post but please read and be careful staying here! This hotel will share your personal information with others and charge your credit card without your authorization. Should be 0 stars. I submitted a credit card authorization form via email so my over the road employees can stay at this hotel for one night. I got a call the next morning from a complete stranger saying the hotel had sent her a credit card authorization form with ALL my information on it. Phone number, credit card number, credit card security code, signature and my home address. I got very lucky in the lady they shared my info with was a decent human being and called to notify me. Im not sure how many others have received my information. The hotel did refund me one nights stay. But, the very next day they tried to charge my credit card without my authorization based on my employee telling them they were staying an additional night. Good thing I had already cancelled my card. Will be the last time I stay at any La Quinta. I have come to learn their security procedures are a joke.

Really enjoyed our stay there. Super friendly staff, extremely clean and fresh rooms. The morning breakfast was above average, a few more offerings would be nice, but was suffice to feed our family of 6. The pool was great for the kids. Easily located near many food options.

The hotel staff is excellent. Everyone is super attentive, friendly, & professional. The room was exceptionally clean & smelled fresh. Our bed was so comfortable we didnt want to get up! Breakfast was standard but great, we arrived late & there were still plenty of options. We highly recommend this hotel and will be staying again!
Was disappointed. Mix up in the reservation when booking with Wyndham. Should have been the 18th. Was listed for the 17th. The person checking us in checked with management. Said it was a no show .so charged us for a night. . So they could have fixed the mix up. But chose not to. Lost my business. That doesnt excuse the staffs rude behavior or their unwilling to refund my money. Very poor ran.
Perfect stay, hotel should be higher than 2 star. Manager was excellent, as was all the other staff. Room was perfect for our needs and loads of good TV channels too.
Wonderful hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Pet friendly, clean rooms. Amazing breakfast. Wifi is throttled to keep consistent speeds for all. Good hot tub and comfy beds. The toilets sound like a jet so no silent night trips to the bathroom.

This La Quinta is very clean, room was spacious ( I am handicapped and had an ADA room). Beds are comfy! Decent area & felt safe. Little snafu about the room but staff quickly fixed the issue. Competent customer service people.

Good rooms and are clean. Probably the only complaint I have is about the pillows. They aren’t firm at all just very thin and have to be folded over. A suggestion I have is change some things up for breakfast. When you stay for months on end multiple times a week a different cereal would be nice. Just a little change like that would go along way for us.

We stayed here one night on our yearly trip through Missouri to Oklahoma, for family reunion. The staff is so nice and friendly. Also very helpful. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was better than expected. Will definitely stay here again.

Spent an unwanted extra night here when our plane was delayed. Bed was very comfortable, as was the pillow. The shower was hot and actually had great flow and pressure. I asked for a wake up call and actually got one, on time, too. Shuttle to the airport was prompt. Turned an awful experience into a pretty decent one.
If you are trying to limit your exposure to Covid-19, do NOT stay here. None of the staff we encountered during our visit were wearing masks, despite advertising that they do. They were very friendly and the room was clean, but this is not the place to stay if you’re immune compromised or over 65.
Beautiful room. Excellent service! Staff found my camera and called to facilitate its return!! Thank you!! Just wish they didnt charge extra for our kitty. Pets-stay-free was what lured us to becoming regular elite customers in the first place. Oh well.

Our biggest draw to LQ was the pet friendly aspect. We were driving through the Midwest and needed a quick rest. They allow Max 2 animals without charge. Definitely go check them out, if you have animals and need a rest. They were clean and the staff was friendly and check in was fast. Theres also complimentary breakfast with your stay (hard-boiled eggs, oatmeal, bagels, toast, sausage and gravy, juice, coffee, tea, etc. Pretty standard.
Place is really awesome for stay overnight. Big spacious tidy clean rooms. Plenty of spaces. Nice AC and TV fridge and microwave and safe vault in the room. Bed is more comfortable.
