Allowing me to reserve the car of my choice, choose a specific route, pick up time etc made me experience with them nothing short of stellar. You can choose between Cadillacs, Mercedes-Benz and other models. I wound up choosing a few comfortable and clean Lincoln Continental. They deserve more than 5 Stars!!! I booked them for my grandmas doctor appointment. I was little bit nervous as she is very old and senile. But they really pulled off the task brilliantly. Driver was so professional, courteous and patient. He assisted her from home to the hospital and then brought her back. He took care of her so well that she opt to have a account with them. Now she books her rides by herself whenever she wants. They are always on time, nice luxury car, suited chauffeur and obviously very affordable. Strongly recommended to everyone.

We had a perfect experience. We did a little research on picking a limo or 14 passenger van for a winery trip. This service was more affordable than another I was had researched.I reached out and the admin was great. They communicated very promptly answering my questions quickly and thoroughly. We changed our itinerary slightly the day prior and they sent back details quickly to confirm everything.They were truly so easy to book with and our driver was also prompt, courteous and easy to communicate with. He gave me his cell and we texted him when we needed something. He offered water, music, etc. All happy here!

This was our first family trip to DC and we werent familiar with the airport in DC. So obviously we went online to find a limo company and we found Infinity Limo and Sedan Service. We Booked an SUV as we were 5 people. They were a lot cheaper than other companies, we were little concerned about the services in such cheap price. But Surprisingly on the day of our trip we had no issues at all. When our plane arrived driver greeted us in the baggage claim area with our name sign. Wow! never thought it would be that easy. Then he helped us with luggage and dropped us off at our destination in DC. Everything from the quote/reservation to the vehicle and driver everything was great. Rented one of their Lincoln limo for our night out. We were really happy with the service. Neat and clean limo, equipped with a nice sound system which had ipod hookups which made our life easy and it was stocked with ice, water. Great experience.

Rented a 14 passenger cargo van for a brewery tour for my bachelor party. Infinity was significantly cheaper than other services so I decided to go with them. Driver showed up in a Mercedes sprinter van (a nice upgrade) that was spotless and had some bottled water for us which was also nice as we were drinking all day. The driver was on time and very professional. We got a little rowdy at the end of our tour and made a mess in the van but he was a good sport about letting us have fun. One of my friends left his keys in the van and the driver came to my place the next day and dropped off the keys. Can’t say enough good things about these guys. I would highly recommend Infinity and I will definitely use them again.
