Excellent service. Noonan installed my Central AC and did everything they said they would do. Came on time, were friendly and knowledgeable. After the installation, they walked me through everything and left my house inside and outside nice and clean. This is the second time I used Noonan. They installed my high efficiency furnace several years ago and did an excellent job then.I highly recommend them. A wonderful company.

The HVAC installers and electrician were courteous, professional and friendly. They completed the installation quickly and walked me through the operation of the mini split heat pump. Noonan was very patient with me for the installation. I had to clear the basement area before they could get started, I was surprised they waited until I did so, it took me months.Finally got it done, very happy with the work and the workers. No complaints.

Noonan and their plumber Mark did a fantastic job with replacing several plumbing fixtures at my house. They helped me pick out the fixtures that would work best and last. Mark was very kind and did a tremendous job. They did a lot of work for a reasonable price, so I was really pleased. I would recommend them if you are having any plumbing issues.

I recently had my central air conditioning replaced. I called salesman Joe Robert’s to explain what I needed to replace. He came out to my home that day and explained. Gave me 3 options on replacing and helped me get it scheduled ASAP. Once it was scheduled three tech’s showed up that morning and worked at a steady pace and completed the job that day. All were very respectful of my son being home doing remote school. This was a great experience with NOONAN and I will refer them to all my friends and family. Thank You NOONAN team !

Awful company to deal with. Save yourself the headache. On 12/18/20, I called Noonan to come take a look at my heatpump that was blowing cold air. The company sent me an oil heating repairman who told me he knew nothing about heatpumps. He said he wasnt fit for the job because he knew nothing about the heatpump. The only thing he could suggest was to change the battery of the thermostat or to switch the thermostat to emergency heat mode. He did not do any servicing and left. They had no one else available to do the job so I went with another company. Two months later, on 2/9/21, I receive a bill from Noonan for $150 for this incident. I called Noonan just now and not only were they unreasonable in that they wanted me to pay after sending the wrong repairman who did nothing, but they hung up on me mid call.

We have had five heat pumps installed over several years. Noonan has done all the work. They are on time for installation and leave everything neat when they leave. Joe is the gem to deal with for any questions or concerns. He is a great asset to the company.

I have dealt with several different fuel suppliers in the past and was not satisfied with the customer service. Mainly the vibes of the receptionist I would speak with to order oil over the phone. For awhile I put up with it but then decided to shop around.When I came across speaking with Kelly at what was once Westfield Fuel (has since merged with Noonan Energy), I knew I had found an oil supplier I would stick with.Every time I call to order oil, Kelly has such good energy and is so helpful. She answers all my questions and makes sure I am always happy and satisfied with the service (which I am). If you are looking for a new oil supplier give Noonan a try. Im sure if you speak with Kelly you will be sold!!

Noonan Energy is the best. Water heater broke on Sunday eve, called and got service, said tech would call shortly. Tech called us within 10 minutes said hed be there in about 40 minutes almost on cue was here in 39 minutes. Confirmed we needed new water heater and said to call office in a.m.

Over the summer we had a new boiler and oil tank installed (a huge upgrade compared to our old system). The salespeople and office staff were all great to work with. The technicians were all very professional, knowledgeable, and also very cool people. They did a VERY thorough job with no details overlooked. Noonan also takes good care of their oil customers. Their oil prices may not be the lowest, but its worth it for the service.

Weve been a customer for almost 25 years and have had great service the whole time. From the initial visit with Joe, to the installation team arriving with the new boiler, Noonan Oil impressed me with exceptional customer service. Even better, the savings we realized through the energy audit made it possible for us to complete the install before cold weather arrived. Weve been in this home for 24 years and been limping though the last few winters with a system so old, the guys probably brought it to a museum. In all seriousness, we are grateful for Noonan Oils attention to detail and are already enjoying a warmer home with a quiet, clean and efficient new oil burner.

Charges bogus finance charges to senior citizens on a limited income. Shame on you Noonan Energy !!

Usually have been pretty good. However I had a tune up for my system scheduled for a window of 9:30-11:30 and when I called to verify that someone would be at my house by 11:30 to provided the service that was scheduled they said that the person at was suppose to do my tune up was providing a maitnence to someone with no heat and would not be at my house by 11:30. I understand that someone with no heat takes priority over someone doing a tune up however I should have been notified that my window would need to be change because I have to have someone take time out of their day to wait for this service to happen or take time off work to do it. It is common curiousy that if you are not going to make the window scheduled to call prior to the appointment with a new window or an option to reschedule so that noone is wasting their time. Then when I asked for an ETA they did not have one.

Extremely poor customer service. Spent a bunch of money on a tankless hot water system with Noonan, started acting up a year or so after install. Their technicians don’t understand this equipment very well and couldn’t be bothered to get help from the manufacturers support. Jerked us around for over 6 months supposedly working on a remedy. Finally the owner comes out (2 hours late for an appointment) and had zero idea how to resolve the problem. I was able to email support with a description of the issue and a video of unit acting up, within a couple hours support had a diagnosis and fix.Look elsewhere for this type of equipment, they don’t have the expertise and clearly don’t care.

On December 28th, our hot water tank gave out all over the cellar. Called Noonan and they had someone here within hours during a holiday week to assess the situation. They had their service manager here the following day to install a new one and even clean the furnace and change some valves. He was here most of the day and didnt stop working. I couldnt even get him to take a break for a cup of coffee. Excellent response time and diligent work. Fair payment terms on the newly installed tank. We are having them quote us an updated furnace now

Spend $8,000 on furnace and call for cleaning and denied because I did not buy oil from them. Very disappointed. Would have been nice to know before I purchased.

Just saw one of Noonans vans fly down my street, a private snow covered single lane road, @ about 45 mph. This is a family neighborhood with kids & dogs. I dont care what the motivation was - this is extreme reckless driving. I hate to imagine what this driver does on public two lane roads.
