I worked with Craig at JCo to get a split pump for heat and AC with the help of a grant from EWEB. You are required to get three bids. Craig suggested that I have a low wall unit installed but kept the cost down so I could manage it. He always promptly answered my emailed questions. After I selected JCo, the installation date was scheduled within a few weeks even though we were in the middle of the hottest summer ever.The crew for the installation was polite and worked quickly and professionally. I was worried about them having enough room in the crawl space, but they were able to get through so the outside unit is out of site. I needed my pellet stove taken out to the driveway so I could sell it and they did that without a problem and patched up the hole nicely.I’m so happy to have the ductless heat/AC pump installed. I have already recommended JCo to neighbors.

We hired Jco to replace an old gas HVAC system with a Heat Pump. The space in the attic was small, and some installers werent prepared to work with it, but Jco checked dimensions and contacted us with some competitively priced options. After much debate we selected a mid-range Heat Pump and signed a contract.During the installation, they discovered that they had mis-measured the install location, and the equipment wed selected wasnt going to fit without some carpentry. The next-nicer equipment was a bit smaller and would fit, and they upgraded our install without additional costs.They were also timely, responsive, and left the site clear for our tenants. I could not possibly recommend a company more highly. We will absolutely use them for any future work.

I called Jco to perform services to pass inspection on a ductless hvac unit. The first positive is that someone answered the phone. The second positive is that she (I wish I could remember her name) was EXTREMELY positive and professional. The third positive is that she was able to send a tech out that day. The fourth positive is that the tech ( I wish I could remember his name) was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and personable. All-in-all, it was a very very good experience and I will be calling them again.

It broke within the first week. Had to wait 2 weeks to get it fixed. Ok chalk that up to faulty equipment. Then it wasnt going to pass inspection, but i told the guy that i would insulate it (as the company DID NOT). While doing so, I decided to call them, because its their responsibility and not mine! After some heated words and some name calling about the inspector (because i was wrong and he was wrong according to the owner, whom wasnt here during install to know) they decided to send a guy out to check. Shocker! It wasnt insulated! Did i get an apology? Sort of. When the guy called the owner to tell him, the owner said apologize for me I have called multiple times since trying to talk with him, but he never returns my call as he (I can only assume) doesnt want to have to apologize himself.Ok whatever, moving on. Year later and the maintenance that is supposed to be done was never done. We thought we had signed on for the yearly maintenance, but apparently that never went through. The claim is we never turned it in. Well the cap popped open (as it should when it has build up) but the problem here is, while they built it on a catch pan as they are required, they built it in such a manor that when it popped open the water didnt even go into the catch pan. Thats right! The release value was built out over the edge of the pan and thus useless!When I called about it, they basicLly said its my fault for not having it maintained correctly.Yep folks. I am sure they are good when things go smoothly, but when they dont, the customer service is dog****!

My system is complicated. Its a gas furnace backup paired with a heat pump. Gas is somewhat uncommon in the area and I have had several technicians look at the system and say they didnt know what to do. Jco had no problem diagnosing the issue.When the parts were ordered for the repair, a wrong part was ordered. They took the part back, ordered the right one and adjusted the quote I was give, no questions asked. Great customer service

When our 30 year old system finally kicked the bucket we called out 4 different highly rated local companies to give us some bids on a new furnace and a/c unit. JCo were the second company to come out and we nearly decided that day to go with their bid based on how great an experience we had during the quote. They sent an actually technician, not a salesperson, who knew our old system and didnt try to oversell us on a new one (which happened with the 3 other bids). He was down to earth, honest and was all around a really nice human being. The business office was helpful in getting our financing set up and helping us manage the appointments for measurements, inspections and installations. Installation day was painless and all the folks they sent out were friendly and knew what they were doing. They had everything installed and updated our electrical by the end of the day and the business office even scheduled our inspection for us with the city. This is our first home and weve had a few big repairs in the last several years and some nightmare experiences. Dealing with high cost repairs is stressful and when you are newbies like us you hope you dont get dooped into something you dont need. This is an honest company, which can be hard to find these days and they just gained some loyal customers.

I called my favorite technician Reagan to come do a repair on the swamp cooler quarter-inch waterline that we have to do every couple of years we also discussed a leaking water valve and agreed to fix the problem the following Thursday. Not hearing anything for almost a week I called the front office to find out that Brian the owner of the company canceled my job and did not bother to tell me. Meanwhile my water is still leaking and there was no suggestions on who I should call to fix the problem just that they decided they did not want to do the job. Very poor customer service. The lady on the phone not Veronica was not the nicest person to me either and this is a shame especially when you hire this company to install three package units within the last couple of years on both businesses and personal residence. This company charges a premium hourly rate but has always performed above the rest until the last couple of times and now I am definitely taking my business elsewhere!

JCO just installed a Ductless Heat Pump yesterday and I love it already. Best part was the guys that came to do the work. They were very personable and professional. It was impressive that they all seemed to have a job to do and were very well coordinated together.They finished when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves entirely.I had several estimates done but Im sure glad I went with JCO. If you get estimates also like I did and cant make up your mind, choose JCO and put your mind at ease.

These guys cane out, charged me 65 bucks on a friday, came out again on monday for a quote, then fell off the earth and I never heard from them again. Not sure if they are on drugs or what but they suck. Waste of time and money. Do not use.EDIT: Bryan, an own, called and threatened legal action for this review. Let me be clear, they may just be horribly flaky and inefficient. and not doing actual drugs. They may just act like crackheads.

Called last fall to get a quote on a new heat pump system. They were super busy but able to squeeze me in for a quote. I was told it would be about a week before they could get the quote over which was understandable. 2 weeks go by with no quote so I called to follow up and was given the sorry were super busy but should have it to you by the end of the week 2 more weeks go by and I follow up with another call and get the same response. I gave up and waited until mid summer and called again. I was told we will get back to you with a date we can come take a look and give you an estimate. Its now a year later and still no estimate from the first trip out here and no call back from mid summer call for someone to come take a look for estimate #2. I gave 2 starts because they were very friendly and prompt the first call but the follow up is non existent. Im disappointed as I have only heard good things about JCO and a technician lives just down the street from me.Edit: Was able to get a technician out to look at the system again. They were just as friendly as stated above. We have some electrical to upgrade then will have JCO install the system. We appreciate the follow up from Brian.

My space was designed for two units and the techs that came to install decided one unit would suffice. Unfortunately, the one unit does not heat the kitchen/dining area sufficiently which was the main purpose.

Had a furnace in my shop quit working. called Jco at about 11 am, by 1 pm The tech was there (Thanks Brian!) had the problem diagnosed in 20 minutes. could not come up with the part in their inventory but had it installed by 11 am the next day, problem resolved.
