Ryan from Krueger Heating came and fixed my thermostat yesterday. Our thermostat was running in the heating and air conditioning mode and not stopping when it reached its target temperature. He was very courteous and professional. He analyzed the problem by looking up the thermostats manual and set the programmed components. He tested all of the functions of the thermostat. He downloaded the operators manual to my email address for future guidance and proper operation of the device. Now the thermostat runs until reaching the target temperature and then shuts off as it should. All of this was don in a very short amount of time. We are impressed with the quality of service the company gave us.

Installed new AC and Furnace. On time, on budget. Super nice installers and we have had the system for a year now with no issues. Got the ecobee thermostat and love it.

To my knowledge, weve used Krueger twice; once to fix an issue with the air conditioning unit that a different company had caused/failed to fix, and now to fix an issue with our water heater. Both times Krueger quickly fixed the problem, with no real repeats. While I cant remember the name of the first Krueger repairman, he was amazing. Ryan H. was our second repairman for the water heater, and he was fantastic: very flexible (even willing to wait on me while I was out of the house for an hour or two), took his time to make sure the job got done right, and had a pleasant, friendly attitude all the while. Krueger really is an amazing company, and if any further problems come up, I will be quick to contact them again.

I have waited for a year to get through the warranty period before posting my review. I couldnt be happier with the service and equipment in my home. Krueger put in a geothermal unit and Vladimir has serviced it regularly. He is professional and careful with my home. There couldnt be a better technician. Pam is always ready to help and Mindy promptly responds to my requests. Recently I had a faulty damper. Mindy quickly scheduled a serice call and Vladimir replaced it on warranty and took time to explain what the problem had been. I highly recommend them to anyone considering geothermal.

I was having an issue with my air conditioner at 4:35 pm on a Friday. I called the office and Rory came by to see what was wrong on his way home. Great customer service and great repair work. Air conditioner was working less than an hour after I called.

Vladimir was very prompt and polite. He was also efficient. He explained to me what her was doing and the clearly told me the results of his tests.

Called in the middle of the night and they answered right away. They tried to help me over the phone before sending a service tech. Their help got me through the night and a service tech called first thing in the morning and worked until my heating unit was fixed. This was a weekend emergency call.
