Our main sewer line got clogged, and we had a hard time getting a plumber to come out the same day, but Connelly Plumbing saved the day! Jeff was so kind and understanding about the situation, unlike a previous plumber at another company. He was able to unclog the pipe within a couple of minutes of starting up the power snake. We would highly recommend Jeff and Connelly Plumbing!

I gave never had anything but good experiences with Connelly, until, this last time. I ended up paying 2 guys a total of 7 hours for a 2-3 hour job for 1 guy. I had everything lined up, I thought, because I wasnt home. But good listening wasnt happening either.

My sink was clogged with excess food that my daughter was not completely either throwing it in the trash or using the disposal and I couldnt cook, clean the kitchen or do laundry. I informed my landlord and she said they would be calling. And I decided to call them and I spoke with Amber, who in return, said that the next day was the earliest availability. I expressed the adversity of the situation and I received a call to let me know they were on the way.The gentleman dispatched on the call, was very polite, respectful and swiftly precise in getting my kitchen flowing again.Thank you Connelly!

One hand doesnt know what the other us doing. Didnt even come out in person to give estimate. Came out multiple times and never did work just keeos putting you off.

Connelly came to our business multiple times to fix a leaking toilet. They responded very fast and were professional and kind. They explained everything to us and charged a very reasonable rate.

I contracted them to do the seasonal furnace maintenance. I also had a small gas leak that I could smell as soon as I walked down the basement stairs. Their worker told me he couldnt smell any gas nor did he check for leaks. He put in the wrong size furnace filter. That was their fall maintenance. When I called them and complained they woman I spoke with was unconcerned. At least I know who not to call in the future.I hired another company to address the gas leak and they did.

Came within the hour to assess the problem and was up and running 2 days later. Thank you Connelly!

This is a good company to do business with. They quoted our work and did what they said they would do. The only item that keeps them from 5 stars was the time it took to complete the project. They took longer than anticipated but I think its because they underestimated the labor required to compete the project. This is the reason we will continue to use them, even though they could have come back and asked for more money they stuck to their original quote and did a great job.

This is the second time I have used this company, and i must say they are absolutely top notch.My water heater was having pilot light I had a different company come look at it and they said I would need to replace the entire water heater for $2200! Connelly sent out Blain who was very polite, knowledgeable and honest. He simply cleaned out some clogged components and got us running again for a fraction of the cost, only $130.This is the second time this company has gone out of its way to not over charge me. In my experience they are highly professional, fast, polite and honest. Highly recommended.

Ive only used them once and they were fine. The reason for the negative review is for the Connelly driver I saw run a red light going south on Glenstone. Luckily the drivers in the other lanes waited a few moments before going on green or there would have been a wreck. Reckless disregard for human life is a good reason to not do business with a company.

Wonderful experience! The tech (Zech) took the time to look into the problem and found it was much less serious than originally thought. Fixed the real problem and charged about $500 less than the original estimate. Kudos to this company and this technician for their honesty and their customer first attitude!

I had Connelly come help me reconnect drainage lines to the sink, dishwasher and garbage disposal when I had new counter tops installed. The service man was very professional, on time and worked quick and clean. The cost was fair and I felt very good about my sink/garbage disposal and dishwasher working correctly once the counter tops were installed. I have recommended them to a few friends and they have been pleased with their work as well. I would use them again!

I have used Connelly Plumbing for replacement of the old gas pipes at my mothers house. The technician was very professional, kind and completely thorough. This was a major repair that Connelly made simple. I will use them for all my repairs.

Our landlord always uses Connolly Plumbing, and they always do a great job. On Memorial Day, our kitchen sink clogged up and backed up into the utility room drain pipe, flooding our utility room. We called the landlord yesterday morning and he sent one of his handymen over, who thought we needed a toilet repair. He was unable to help. Connollys showed up this morning, and in 5 minutes, knew exactly what the problem was: a clog in the main sewer line from the house. Within the hour, he had it fixed and had me flush the toilet and run water in the kitchen sink to check it. Everything was working right again. Great service and technical expertise. They spent the time troubleshooting a difficult AC problem instead of just replacing the whole thing. They saved us a LOT of money. These are the types of companies you will want to do business with... honest, hard working, do the right things.

Cant speak to the plumbing quality, but one of their vehicles passed me with a very tiny trailer loaded with gravel. No tailgate, tarp, anything to contain it. Chaos ensued behind this vehicle as people darted to avoid the bouncing gravel from peppering their vehicles. 01/30/2020 at 7 AM at 60&FF.

Just has Connelly Plumbing, Heating, & Air install a new air conditioner for our home. We are very pleased with the system and the professionalism of their team throughout the entire process. They have also provided plumbing services for us over the years. Id highly recommend them to anyone for HVAC and plumbing services.

When I arrived home Friday night, my husband informed me that he had accidentally gotten too close to the A/C unit with the weed-eater, and the unit wouldn’t kick on. Today, a friend of ours (who had minor experience working with A/C units) came out and helped replace wiring, but we still couldn’t get the unit to kick on. So I called Connelly.I wanted to extend my compliments to Jake, the service technician who came out and helped us. He did everything he could to help over the phone, knowing exactly what was wrong and instructing my husband best he could, but ultimately we didn’t know what we were looking for, and we had exhausted our friend’s knowledge. Jake from Connelly came out and had us back up in 10 minutes, then stayed around to hose off our unit and clean it out a bit because he felt bad that a simple fix came with the cost of a service call (which was very reasonable).We’re both highly impressed with Connelly and will absolutely be relying on them when we need help again.

These people stand behind their work! We had them install a water main from meter to house and a bit later after City utilities installed new meter we had a water leak. They came and repaired it at no cost! They made it right even though they may not have caused it. Cant beat that!
