I have worked with A & E Kitchen service for several years and they are great to work with. I always recommend them to my customers for service. My customers are please with the service they receive from A & E as well.

I wish I could put less than a star.Where do I begin?We own a restaurant here in town. Our compressor went out on a Friday, we contacted a few stores and A and E gave us the best quote, at 400$ for labor plus we pay for the part and they could have it by the next day. We ordered the part and paid for it. They alerted us Saturday that it wont be in until Monday. Monday was a holiday, then it was pushed back to Wednesday- they claimed it was the company that they ordered the part from that delayed the order-regardless we didnt get our compressor that was promised to be installed on Saturday(the following day) until Wednesday. Once they installed it they demanded payment of $790. Remember we were quoted at $400, and this came 5 days later than promised. We canceled the check and let them get ahold of us. When they contacted us we told them we would be willing to pay the $400 as quoted, and even that we felt was unfair considering they were almost a week behind what they promised and quoted us at.Horrible enough, right? But wait, it gets more ridiculous.They did not accept the agreed upon $400 and constantly called and harassed us and demanded the $790 or they would get a sheriff to come in with them and take the compressor back! Eventually they got ahold of collections and we agreed and paid $400 to the collection Agency Davis and Jones, after we explained our side, they completely understood and we figured we were done.Nope. They have contacted OTHER collection agencies to demand $790. This was in June and it is almost October.BUT WAIT, THERE IS EVEN MORE!The compressor they sold us was not properly set up and had to be repaired within 2 months of purchase.Absolutely aweful experience. Horrible customer service. Horrible quality of work.Do not use A and E!
