My water heater started running a stream of water on Friday late evening. Eric came out and made sure to bypass my bad water heater so I at least had running water until he could get the parts supplier to open Saturday. Came back at the agreed upon time and did quick, excellent work. He had a great, friendly attitude the whole time. Thanks!! Having hot water again without a river of water is awesome!

We purchased a house new in 2018 and Arnies did the plumbing/HVAC. All the sinks in the house leaked upon moving in. The showers valves were backwards. Hot was cold and cold was hot. The toilets had the wrong size wax ring under them and was letting in sewer gas smell.The AC had vents ran under cabinets with no toe kicks installed to get air into room.The most recent issue is our AC froze up and stopped working. The units are less than 3 years old and still under warranty. I called Arnies to let them know. Arnies stated that we didnt have a warranty and didnt want to come out. I had to ask how much for a service call and Arnies does do that right. Finally I got a price and they didnt want to listen to the issues Id had in past.The AC coil was leaking. It is warrantied. The outside compressor was about to fall off the pad. We had different HVAC company come out and said the welds are terrible on joints. The AC didnt need to be on risers because it wasnt a heat pump. That is was placed on risers because they knew the pad wasnt level when they installed the unit.Arnies always makes an excuse. They decided to place that unit on that pad. It was their choice. They decided to not come look at their work and make assumptions over the phone. They were mad that I called and expressed all these issues. I couldnt trust them and was going to have another company double check work if it was warrantied. They said if youre doing that just go else where. What I do with my money is my business and I want to make sure the work is done right.Dont do business here. Go elsewhere. Terrible work and customer service.

They were called by my landlord for plumbing issues. Very prompt in contacting me directly and updating me. He was on a job at the time of the call but after hearing what was going on he was able to come over promptly. Got right to work outside and was able to fix our issue quickly. Thankful!

Trying to work with Arnies was an incredibly costly and time wasting endeavor. I originally contacted Arnies plumbing around February 7th of 2021 as the sewer servicing half of my house (master bath, kitchen & Laundry) was backed up. I approached them wanting a bid to replace the pipes servicing that side of the house. They came over and fixed the backup, which lasted about a day. They sent over a bid a few days later (February 11, 2021) and mentioned I needed to have a contractor come over to shore up the supports around the toilet flange and then they could commence work.As asked I had a contractor come out and shore up the supports as requested. Around this same time the issue came back up. Rather than to fix it, I asked them to get me a revised bid to include a larger scope of work. They came back out on february 19, 2021 or so and rather than providing the updated bid, opted to try to fix the problem. In doing so they not only further damaged my sink lines to the sewer and badly scratched my vanity in the master bedroom. Additionally they were now stating that they would need to remove all of the work that the contractor had performed, per their request, in order to do any of the work. Around this same time I asked how long out they were scheduling once a bid was received and was told a week or so. I received a bid on March 1, 2021, however it was incorrect and needed to be revised, I was then told I would have it that day about every other day for the following week. I received a correct bid on March 8th, 2021 and upon receipt I promptly stated I was fine with the bid and asked when they could commence. I was told that they were about a month out at this point. When confronted about the time disparity and what they had previously stated, I was dismissed and told they never stated what they had previously told me.Long story short, this company has caused me more damage than problems they resolved, jerked me around for over a month and couldnt even corroborate what I was told on different occasions. The process was difficult and often fruitless, the bid was drastically off from what more reputable companies came up with and had I not been willing to make numerous calls I doubt I would have ever received the bids requested. Would not recommend at all.

Called and scheduled an appointment for the following day for a clogged drain. I was told someone would be there between 8 and 5. They called at 2:30 to say that they would not be able to make it and it would be the next day between 8 and 5. It was offered to allow them to come after 5 if that would help them out and was told the price would go way up and no coupons would be valid. Called the main office to try and sort it out and was spoken to rudely and accused of the home being a rental, which it is not. I offered to keep the appointment if they could guarantee a time between 8 and noon but was told that would absolutely not happen. The women in the office were very rude on the phone even on the first call to schedule the appointment.

They know what there doing. My air conditioner wasnt working right. I was told by my another company that I needed a new one. Arnies saved me ba lot of money.

I called Arnies for a leaky bathtub that I had admitted defeat on. They had someone out within two hours of my call. Eric showed up at my house and honestly he was great. He let me watch what he was doing and explained things as he went. Even better is that he said this company truly takes care of their employees which was great. Will definitely call them again for anything.

I just cant say enough about everyone we came into contact with! Eric was our main contact and he listened to us about our issues we were having and carefully put together a plan to get it all fixed. We were given a quote and they stuck to it which was really great for us. They were available to us when we had questions and took their time explaining everything as they went. I was told that I would have a plumber at my house sometime between 8 AM and 12 PM. My first thought was just great thinking about how many times direct TV has given me the same time window only to show up at 3 or 5 PM. I took the day off work preparing for worse. Figuring Id be stuck at home all day waiting on a plumber to show up. Boy I was WAY WRONG!! I received a courtesy call about 30 minutes before the plumber arrived which was much appreciated. Plumber arrived a little after 9AM, WOW!!! He was very friendly, fast, informative, and very efficient. He had my gas fireplace fixed and ready to go in less than 5 minutes. AMAZING!!! I was truly impressed. All around a great experience from start to finish!

Eric and Steve replaced two outside faucets on my 70-year-old house. They had to crawl into a very low crawl space and replace the 70-year-old galvanized pipes with something modern. They worked quickly and cleaned everything up. The price was very reasonable. I am super impressed. If you need something in the area of plumbing, heating, and air, call Arnies.

Quality products and service. They went out to bid a job for my in-laws and by far were the most professional. They took detailed measurements of the house to ensure the best equipment for the space. They werent the cheapest bid, but not the most expensive either. Ive worked with cheaper companies and you really do get what you pay for. They also offer a maintenance program where they check the unit twice a year, clean it out, change out the filters, and fully inspect it so it doesnt break down in the middle of the night in 20 degree weather. Our unit has already lasted longer than our last one since doing the maintenance program. Definitely worth the investment! It pays for itsself with our cheaper utility bill

Eric was able to come earlier then scheduled and contacted us to let us know how soon he would be here. He explained what was wrong and how he would fix it. Made sure we were happy with what he did and was very friendly. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his job. Will request him next time we need plumbing service. I have used Arnies plumbing two time in the last 2 months, both for different projects. Found Arnies via Angies. I had several bids for simple projects with all other bids being so outrageous - averaging $1700. Cant give the names of the other companies! Arnies web site was not quite as WOW as the others but just by chance called for an proposal. Arnie arrived and gave me a bid about a third of the others. One bid for plumbing a gas line from the propane tank to a gas fire place and to a gas range was $1800. Arnie gave me a bid of $600. The tech came to do the work and was such a great young man. Sorry, but cant remember his name. Short work time and fantastic price. Today, 2-19-20, Eric came to install a re circulation pump for my hotwater heater. Cost was fantastic, work was good (only good if it works!) I will use Arnies again when needed. Great company!!!!

I bought my first house and was moving in on a Sunday and HAD to be totally out of my apartment by that day as well. On Friday evening we noticed a gas smell in the house, called Arnies and they had a tech out by 8:30 Saturday morning. He fixed some work previously poorly done by another company at the water heater and repaired the gas leaking from behind the stove. Very thankful for the last minute work that made it possible for me to move in on time! Steven was VERY knowledgeable and professional.

Very rude.. made an appt. one week out .. took off work.. then had them try and reschedule for the next day one hour before they were suppose to show.. I explained to them I was a truck driver and that wasnt possible... I was told, well if you had a normal job......... W O W....

I had a busted exterior faucet. Called Arnies. Fixed. Great people, great service, great prices. I have had Arnies out several times and I am always impressed with their service and professionalism. They never try to sell me services I dont need, but they are always helpful with my questions and concerns about my home.

Used several times for air conditioning fixes and trusted. Had them come replace our water heater and they charged us $1200. We thought that sounded high so checked around and for the same exact job would be $700 at one place and $1050 at Delong. Feeling like we got taken advantage of when the h20 heater cost $400 and it took them only two hours including running back to their office for parts and they borrowed my garden hose to do the job! Called questioning the situation and was told Sorry, its what we charge. Moral of the story call around!!

Awesome service, good price and I have cool air

We had just closed on our new home and I was waiting for the gas company to come and activate my account. He discovered movement in the gas line and told me to gave a plumber check it out before he would turn the gas on. Steve, came out and checked all the lines he could check and then waited for the gas company to come back to insure that any leak that might be in the house was fixed. While we waited for the gas company to come back, Steve broke down and re fitted the piping to the water heater thay was the most likely place for a leak. He found a bad fitting and changed it out. Once the gas company arrived Steve discovered there was also a defective union in the piping to the water heater and changed it out as well. In short, Steve was awesome! Steve has pretty much gauranteed that if I need any plumbing repairs in the future, Arnies will be the people I call.

Our house flooded and our insurance agency recommended Compass who contracted work to Arnies Plumbing.Now, a couple of years later, we had our toilet replaced only to find out that the plumbing work done by Arnies Plumbing has been leaking waste water into the floor and crawlspace ever since Arnies re-seated the toilet.When contacted Compass passed the buck to Arnies Plumbing and Arnie said they only guarantee their work for ONE year.Insurance may have paid for our flooded house but I had to pay $500 to have water and mold damaged floor replaced. Thanks, Arnies, we hired you to clean up water damage and PREVENT mold, not INDUCE it for the next few years! Its also convenient to know that you wont guarantee a toxic leak that may not even be noticed until a couple years after your 1 Year guarantee.
